this is a checklist i put together to help stop me taking those stupid trades. It is fairly generic so if it can help anyone then all good - or use it as a template to make your own. The questions are subjective though and envoke a thought process for me, so you might want to modify them to suit yourself. My intention is to get it laminated and use a dry-marker on it for each trade. (it is Powerpoint2007 - if u can't open let me know)

i think i need more teachings on consolidation areas/ traffic areas

) u actually just do one mistake n still have thousand over mistakes will come if u still not learn something from your mistake n somebody mistake...
actually im still newbie like u but i make more mistake than u for sure n that why i must write something here...
it too lucky for u start with demo within month... u know what... i use demo just 12 hrs before i start my micro acct... n i have to pay over thousand loosing because of that mistake....
but sorry to say this... some people didnt feel anything when they play demo... that why after profitable...

Ok, so from what I've picked up, the terminology of "Pivots, PPZ, and S/R" can all mean the same thing, but maybe they can also mean different things to different people. Here is what they mean to me (until you guys tell me they should mean something else
Pivots - Nothing more than the previous (H+C+L)/3... can also find the S1,R1, etc...These numbers should be the same for everyone using the same time intervals, with bars starting at same time of course.
PPZ - I've read in this thread that this is PIVOT PRICE ZONE. Also that it signifies...
Nice trade Ghous. Wondering how much this pair has left before retrace. Just touched the PPZ on daily. Just watching for me. Only trading days and above thus far.
