I think you need to connect the lows and the lows or the highs and the highs, but not the lows with the highs...

If you click on the paperclip attachment at the top of the page and search for "divergence" you will find the attachment with the 4 types of divergence..

Sorry for my short absence but I opened my trading platform again and took that trade.

If I see 30+ pips on the table screaming me "Eat me" I can't resist

This time finally I traded and got +31. Trailing stop took me out @ 1.29597. Probably I should give more room the TS .
with 2 trades, +41 for the day so far

That was a good trade. My best one of the day. I was watching but I'm sure your words inspired a little more confidence, for me and others.

Hi Cobra,

Applied and already made some good trades today. But, do we want to have the divergence indicator on both the 1 and 5 min, or just the 5 min? If it's the latter then we get a red arrow (sell signal) on the 5 min then we look for setups on the 1 min? See my 1 and 5 min below.

Great call Cobra...I'm still short and have only the m5 chart open. Looks like the R2 may be a bit hard to push through. Just got a greenie on the m5 so I'm cashing some in. GREAT chart!

Exelent question bythepound

The divegence in 1M isn't very reliable, it may make you nervios and let you dought about the trades.

Better apply it only on the 5M and above TF's.

Hi Scrutch

the 5M fast trix already got a bit inclined and green, also in O/S area and hit 50% Fib.

I would have TP already ( touch of 50% fib) and looking for a good re-entry in 1M but who knows?

Good point because I have seen divergence now too many times on M1, just since we installed it.

yes TW, i'm going to add that point in the manual, it is great but only on 5M above.

You see that always, when it showed up on 5M, was making pips taking an early entry in 1M

We can make code change to show divergence arrows and line only in 5M and above?

of my 1 trade this morning.
1) noticed a bear divergence on the 5min forming.

2) began to notice a slowing of the fast trix on the 15min then color change (we like those - alot).

3)then started lurking on the 1 for trigger.

Once the PA crossed under the cloud on all three TF's; I opened my short at 1.3012. Let it ride until it retraced to touch cloud at 1.2952.

I know this is not a perfect trade; I did wait for the retest before executing; but then is was 'game on.'

I would like some feedback in whatever comes to mind for anybody - thx
