Mmm. I suspect this question may have been asked before! Unfortunately, I haven't read the thread in its entirety ... but I liked the detailed PDF BillyRay put together, and his site, so I couldn't help wondering where he was.

No offence dod, is does get asked almost everyday so I thought I would make a small charge.

I'll gladly accept £70 instead...no hang on £75...no £70 it is!

Shorted the Cable at 4380. Its working its way down through the dealing ranges now. So far got to +40 PIPs.

I'm not sure the information is worth that much. I'll think about it. Maybe £50?

Of course, I could just search this thread ... or, maybe I should just ask myself if I really need to know, realise I don't, and forget about it.

Well, it looked like it was going to get hung up on the support levelat 4345 so I took the profits and closed it. Also getting on to the London close timewise.

Took that trade too but at 1.4374. the problem is that I entered with the wrong lot size (5 times what I would normally use). Had to close the position for a loss of 16 pips including spread and a loss of 1.5%.

Man I am so angry at myself for making that rookie mistake.

Interesting thanks. I'm always keen to have reasons to choose one over another, they so often go off together.

I had a three way choice between Cable EurUsd and UsdChf.

The last looked two be in clearer air to me and UsdChf had the biggest reaction at this level last time so I went long from 11440, not that it's yielded much so far.

My short got triggered on the Euro at 1.3023. Let's see if I lose another one. I'm starting to like losing. LOL

I am usually partial to the Gartley pattern. It is easy for me to see so when there are choices, that is what I usually do. In this case, the Gartley was in the right shoulder of a very clear Head and Shoulders on the 4H chart; so that is what I traded.

Pretty much a counter trend trade on the 4H and lower time frames as market flow shifted today. So, slightly higher risk causing me to manage it closely. That is why I bailed on it so soon. Usually, a Gartley is good for more.

Cable looks good for a short, but I'm not taking it, as I'm already short on the EURO. Any guys in these trades?

Edit: Cable was much better for the short. But I'm not chasing it.

And exactly what was that trigger? A short is counter trend and this is a very strong trend on the 4H chart and below. Still a down trend on the daily, but not sure for how long.

Resistance is not too far away here but IMO, you may have been premature.

That's the area I was watching because it's first time back to the 4H spike low near there on Jan 29

Yes I have. And I dont disagree with you about supply. It may work out just fine. Manage it carefully because it is still counter trend at this point.
