There is only one GMT though... so, as per your correlation (GMT = GMT+3) IBFX and ODL are effectively at GMT, Alpari at GMT+1, And Ikon Royal and Windsor at GMT+2.
Sure there is one GMT but you'll understand me if you download the Cloq indicator.
Now, what I don't get is that you say the other three (Altrade, AFB and FxSol) start at "your" GMT (that would be GMT+3 as per your statement) AND that they start with Sydney... this is not correct, because the brokers that are at real GMT+2 (FxPro, and thus Ikon Royal and Windsor) start the day at GMT time 22:00, which is EST 17:00 thus Sydney Open and NY close. So they would be showing one hour ahead (or starting their 00:00 candle one hour earlier) with respect to the NY close...
Ok I think I didn't explain my self right. Yes but it depends if we consider the 00:00 + period separator candle is the new day or the last on the previous day. Please bare with me.
I presume that maybe your observations might have changed because of DST, unless you made all of them in present time? Let me know. Anyway I'll do some research on my own for those three.
I considered the DST.
Thank you for adding to the brokers list!
You're most welcomed. I know that one hour difference is not a big deal but it's good to know which broker is following the true market time.
P.S. Found out that apparently FxSol starts at 5pm EST so it is indeed at GMT+2... and most probably the other two are as well.
The 00 candle of FXSOL is exactly the same as the 00 candle at AFB & Altrade which is at 00:00 GMT+3 / GMT 21:00 / EST 16:00. So, when the period separator shows on candle 00:00, then the new day starts from 01:00 candle because the closing of 00:00 candle is at EST17:00 (close of NY).

Ah... I know it's a big headache to locate the right open/close time in this crazy market I used to think that Ikon-Royal is correct but actually it's one hour ahead.
Please refer to the following links:

I commented on your post above in red. Thank you for your patience and I hope we can agree on the right broker.
Cheers.
