This will work for you, provided that you also want the day session to start with USA open/close.

If you need to start at GMT 00:00, the settings are at the end of that same post.

Irrespecitive of your Timezone, I believe it depends on what session you want to use as yours. I have a broker acount with EST timezone and want to use NY session as my base session. Based on advice and explanation from doblece, the following settings is what I have
1st setting = -5
2nd setting = 2

You can check more details on this page. There was a whole lot of discussion me and doblece on this settings.

No set limit, but trailings in case it runs much higher (or lower).
The range on M1 is very tight (see ATR) so you have to gauge from higher timeframes to have an idea of the potential of the trade.

Usually, and if I entered correctly, I will wait until it reaches 20 pips approximatively and set the stop to BE. Then a trailing of 25.
Sometimes if I consider that there's not enough momentum and the price stalls +1-1 at the same price for half an hour, I'll get out of the trade.
And of course, fastly at the cross back if I'm countertrending.

Looks like PA is going to be held in check in the .2800-.2820 area for today, but hey, it can go spazoid at a moments notice!

Looks like I didn't miss too much while the allergist made a human pin cushion out of me.
