No dont trade immediately when den Alert is popping up. U'll have to wait till StdDev Indicator shows Volatility going up. Otherwise stay out , because its a dead market.

My understanding is to trade when the tsf crosses the xpma when the StdDev indicates volativity. Not necessarily to trade when the line changes color. Am I wrong about this?? Or do we wait for the cross and for the line to cahange color befor pulling the trigger?

I'm having a problem trying to figure out when StdDev will begin to move. I've yet to trade this strategy, so maybe that will change but I did watch the market and I can't figure out when the move begins. All I see is a line and then all of a sudden it jumps up. Is there a patter to look for that may warn of a possible increase in volatility?

Hey Lion how are you mate? Listen can you fix the indicator Anchorfx_MRatio so that it wont delete all other indicators on chart...i wipes out all lines, fibs when I refresh etc...

use lower timeframe as a reference to correct this issue.

can't do that, otherwise it will leave many unwanted lines on the chart.

I sure can't wait until I get to that point. I just set everything up and I'm now waiting for my very first trade using this system.

Could you explain what's the number means (0.23 , -32.32,,,,, and how we apply it to get in our trade?

you just need to know if they are above 0 or below 0

positive means buying power and negative means selling power.

so all in all it tells me what is happening on which time frame.

its a great indicator Jl but it trashes any Fibo pivots or candle clocks.
I know this is not an issue with this system just thought you may want to know.

well my GJ trades had a trailing sl, so that was safe, the eu trade i closed at 2790, so now i am free for the weekend.

4h and daily is trending nice down, so I see why you left trade open...

First of all letting DD go that far is not sound trading, set your SL at 30 and if they trade goes against you, simply take the loss and move on.

There are strategies anyhow in MM with which you can walk away in profit even after you reached a DD100.

Newbies tend to jump to fast on the train without even knowing which train it is and where it is heading.

Very nice setup FX. Is that one monitor for each indicator? LoL

I once had a trade go against me for 150 pips as I had forgotten to set the SL, I was freaking out and cursing like a madman.
Then I remembered the trick I had read about letting it go to its max Loss then putting in an order in the same direction as the first trade.
I came out of that trade with a 50 pip gain. Thought it was rubbish but, at that stage I was willing to try anything.

Not that I am recommending this method but in a genuine emergency, it works. The market will pick you up again at some stage.
