I thought I would share a PM I got. Hope you don't mind bertie . . . . It shows the importance of a good location even if the Price Action formation isn't the best. Is it an A trade ? Probably not, but it was good for a least a 100 pips.

Hey bertie, Yes it was a decent setup. Off a PPZ level, confluence with a 61.8 retracement and at a swing High. I would have liked to see a longer nose on the Pin Bar but the the location was great. It was good for over a 100 pips.

Looking for these type trades on the Daily and even Weekly are even more powerful.

Are you thinking long term or short term? If short term I would probably lock in 50 to 100 pips and if it gets stopped out I'm happy.

Long term, 2nd have at break even (more breathing room), I will deal with the big swings in pip movement and see if Price continues on. If it gets stopped out I still happy because that was my long term plan.

We know that Price was going to react at the PPZ at 1.4375ish level. So if Price hangs around this level (consolidates) it...

Yes, I'm still in this trade.

Yeah, I been coming and going a lot lately.

Tough couple of PBs with the trend on the Euro. What does that tell you about where we are heading ghous?

I simply do the oppositte of retail and sell at the places they buy....I also dont trade a specif candle formation I just look at price as it reacts to a certain area and go from that...I look at a candle and see who is winning the fight not matterig the formation and I go from that

62 SMA - Green
100 SMA - purple
200 SMA - blue
365 EMA - orange

Well, they didn't fail by breaking the top of the PB. But failed in the sense that they did break hard on the next bar like they would do in a strong trend continuation. So maybe the trend is going the other way. We shall see.
