I don't see anything here right now. I guess keep an eye on it. I'll be watching the EUR/USD daily, as I show 2 pinbars wanting to fall into PPZ under 1.31... OR, they'll want to bounce off it once again. They also form a TBH...

I'm pretty sure that mt4 allows closing of partial positions. I don't have my mt4 platform in front of me, but I think you just click on the trade and click close and then change the position size so that it's only part of the position that you're closing. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I've done it on my demo accounts with FXPro and Alpari. Maybe it's something that the broker controls. Either way, I use the same method as you with multiple positions since I prefer this method (mostly because I can change my TPs on partial positions if need...

It will only allow you to do that manually, you cannot place any command to close part of your position automatically at a determined price. It's really ridiculous though...
I believe . . .

Hey Bud, (sorry was'nt able to talk to you onskype )

I'd rather just call it consolidation, unless we see a retest of 1.316, breaking all those consolidation highs on the 1H...

Cheers...

Regards,
Ghous.

You honestly don't need the PF to be profitable, this thread has for all intents and purposes everything you will ever need to be profitable in it.

Every question that you could probably think of has been answered several times by now. The PF is good because it has all the material in one place, it's concentrated, without a lot of the "external noise" that you might get on a public forum. You definately just need to listen to certain voices especially in this thread (If you read the thread from the start you will just start skipping some peoples posts after a while lol, and get to the good , that's what I did )

I say if you are cash strapped then just read this thread and follow it and demo, backtest. . Work. . . No need to put yourself under financial pressure my friend. ALL of the material in the PF, ALL the excellent traders in the PF (Instructors, Senior members and traders alike) Still will not on their own make you profitable, that is up to you.

That is up to you my friend, be steadfast, brace yourself and work hard and victory will be yours . . Now, or in the future.

This thread is like a series of signposts in the RIGHT DIRECTION (To profitability ) Signposts constructed by people who have navigated the dangerous and inherently confusing jungle of forex before. I have only come to appreciate this recently, but each single line that is said by certain people in this thread, has literally hours of experience, backtesting and work behind it. To give it a seal of authority that only experience can give. . .

It's a jungle out there . . But we are lucky enough to have signposts erected for us here . . . Set in stone, by the people who have navigated their way through the jungle before us. . .

Just some of my thought's . . .

Godspeed,
T

Im out of my short on cable from last night (Oh Jigsaw ! You big Chicken , I wasn't prepared to have price to come within 8pips of my SL again )

Anyway, heres what I see, murky waters ahead on the way down, if you are short. . . Be carefull and don't let it come back and bite you in the ass. If we can get meander our way though this PPZ. It's looking like good times on Cables imminent descent into hell . . . Brings a quote to mind

Gordan Brown: "Eliminating BOOM and BUST!"

Hmmm . . . poor Gordon.. . .

Shut up and post the chart Jigsaw . . Ok then . . .

Reminds me of a song . . .

Ireland Boys Hurrah!

Deep in the Canadian woods we've met,
From one bright island flown;
Great is the land we tread, but yet
Our hearts are with our own.

And ere we leave this shanty small,
While fades the autumn day,
We'll toast old Ireland! dear old Ireland!
Ireland, boys, hurrah!
