Justin, I know that I expressed this concern earlier, but now I'm with MB, and wanted to remind you once again, in case you forgot. I would love to have a way to trade using my windows mobile cell phone. I'm sure that a lot of others would like this too. I don't mind paying a small monthly fee for this. Thank you!

If I am not mistaken, there appears to have been a change in the TTO default. Is this all part of Obama's hope and change policy, has Justin made things happen or am I just imagining it?

edit: I think I was perhaps, as you American's say, 'tripping'.

Hello Steve,

You'll need to alter MBT's client terminal to 216.52.236.96:443. Use same login details. You should see in your platform internal mail several warnings about this.

Hope this helps.

Justin - can you comment on that one:

http://www.finra.org/Industry/Regula...s/2009/P117744

If that goes through, it would make fx spot somewhat useless compared to futures..

You are talking about a huge industry... this proposal is outrageous, and won't happen.. otherwise you will see the forex market literally tank, and the brokers won't like that..

They would fight tooth and nail, with a team of the best lawyers.. I sure as hell wouldn't trust half a mill of my own money to get 7 lots?? LOL...
lowest draw down possible please.

Futures are still leveraged, however they are regulated.

The proposal IS outrageous... but haven't we seen a lot of outrageous things get passed lately?

The talks that the entire banking system may collapse, and that the UK is on the verge of bankruptcy, you can expect to see some really violent moves.

Also... wouldn't this only apply to US regulated forex brokers? Does FINRA have any jurisdiction in Europe?

I do not think it would have any influence in Europe. All this proposed rhetoric is making trading with a Swiss broker with a banking license all the more attractive. At least our funds would be safer than they are here in the USA.

Justin,

Is it possible right now to use MT4 with MBT price feed for charting only? I don't want to trade through it just want the datafeed into MT4. I would continue to use my Navigator to trade. Is this currently possible?

Hi Brent,

That is certainly is possible, but be aware there is about one month's data available currently, and some of it has gaps from when we put code updates on the server. It is also possible you'll experience extended periods of down time while we reconfigure the servers during Beta as we deem necessary.

I would request that some of the FF members currently Beta testing with us provide their input as well to this matter - you are in fact the ones who could advise Brent the best at this time.

Tried this broker out, deposisted a minimal balance.. good executions, etc. anything else, god knows.. i dont have a chart, or anything integrated. -I find this platform exhausting, and frustrating.

On numerous accounts, (my main, and this MBtrading).. I'd quickly jump into deals and my profits were way off. (although my quotes are the same.. price, etc) *looks at big long 5 min candle.. yay!* -look over to the MBtrading platform.. WTF? thats it?

I rode a few nice 60+ pip jumps, to get the majority of them with main account, and maybe 30 or so with MB...

this is frustrating. Im not even going to bother anymore, let me know when MT4 is up and running..

exhausted and frustrated client.... making more money with his bucketshop

Unless of course, someone can suggest a charting program where I can integrate this... my schedule is insane with my business, and I'm electronically incompetent to a certain extent... (ninjatrader, my head hurts)

already up over $100 in commissions too excuse my ignorance.. I just like things simple.
lowest draw down possible please.

You lost me? You asking for a charting package? Like Ninja or e-Signal? Or that's too complicated (in which case, what would work for you, since both of those are great)? I'd help, but I don't know what you're saying.

Flyer15,

Please be advised that the demo environment is currently down for some updates and internal testing. Most likely, it will be back up later today, but we don’t give ETAs. Also, I do want to clarify something, and I think even I mistyped yesterday.

Beta = Customers testing in the Live environment of Meta
Demo = Available to anyone that wants to sign up

Just keep in mind that while we are in Beta, the demo environment goes up and down a lot because we’re doing our updates there to fix bugs first, but we only update the Live environment on weekends (to keep it stable for live beta testers).
