Cool Runnings intraday swing trading

Hello Forex family, I have been trading forex for 3 long years and have learned through many mistakes. This forum has contributed to my trading greatly and I thought its time i gave something back.

My goal is not to scalp the market every move and watch my charts 24/7 but to get a few good trades a week worth a couple hundred pips. I may not post a trade everyday but will keep this thread going the best i can and will take advantage of some good setups worthy of your time.

trade at your own risk, please use propper money management and always use your stops, i will post stoploss and targets. After you are in profit on any trade its wise to lock your profits in by moving your stops and never be too greedy. I will post my targets but takin profit is up to every individual trader to do as they please. Any green pips are good pips.

i trade G/J but my two partners trades UJ EJ GU EU, i will be posting these trades.

we are different traders, Tom and i use price action, s/r pivots trend lines and a few emas. Nisean uses s/r pivts fibs and candle parterns. we are different traders but we go over setups and analysis together to keep each other in check. we work together as a team.

i do trend trades and average 2-5 trades a week, i will post each setup before i take it. Nisean and Tom trades a bit more than i do.

currently we are looking for sell signals on GJ, price to short should be 122.27 ish, trade not confirmed yet, will update as trade progresses.

i will not state to take a trade unless we are confident of that trade, its sunday night and we are interested to see where the price is going, this is just a possible setup not a actual trade. be careful with your accounts this is not a game.

possible setup: GJ short at 122.27 with 100pips sl at 123.27 target to be announced.

UJ, we have been in a consolidation, we are expecting breakout in direction of trend, lookin for possible short. Will update on entry, targets and stop.

trade sell GJ at 121.60 stops at 122.90, tp at 118.80

Sell UJ at 89.08 stops at 89.70 target is 87.90

you can lock your pips to your descression but remember that is a gj trade, that pair is very whippy.

guys we missed a good sell setup on GU, will find another entry for you GU fans.

do you scale out of position or just keep the whole position til tp ?? thanks for help

if you would like now that this trade is up 100+pips you can take half and leave the rest in, its totally up to you.


when i do exit i will post and if i do leave something to trail market i will update to what that is. Usually i like going for 100pips take profit and if i did that on this gj trade i would already have exited, each trade is different and as i post trades i will post my plan for that trade.

mainly Asia through London is when i look for setups, I rarely trade NY but if im up and get a good setup i will post it.
