well, I’d say this depends the city/ country where you are. When I’m in nyc I’ve a couple of radio stations which avoid me to look for some play lists, it saves me lot of time then, you don’t do something similar?

I agree with Dr about the classical music.Everyting else might lead you to a mistake .

I am not talking about the music you use after you have close your positions.

In this case you can use something apropriate for the ocasion.

I usually have on the radio from a jazz station, low, back-ground, takes the edge off the roar off the silence. Mindless stuff.

But, in my head....when I'm doing OK, usually I hear "William Tell Overture",
and when I'm not, it's more like "Ride of the Valkyries".
