Granted, Gretchen did receive a baptism of fire as such but I am not in the slightest bit surprised that we haven't heard from her again in this thread. Typical IBFX, all smoke and mirrors from a customer service point of view, but when their CLIENTS raise points that seriously need to be addressed they pull a diappearing act.
