Can someone help me edit my indicators to show the correct grey zones? I'm using Oanda and don't know if it's a 4 or 5 decimal broker and I am in the CST timezone. any help would be appreciated.

1) Edit each of the four 'ant-GUBreakouts' indis to the four GMT times TK lists in the pdf and at the same time set the 'offset' in each to 10 or 100 whichever makes the outer darker gray bands 10 pips high on your charts.

2) You should also Edit the SDX pivots to start at 0:00 GMT

You'll probably have to move to the TK website at electrolegal as this thread as going to be deserted soon!

Thanks for your reminder. However I'm always careful.
I'm a hundred percent sure I got useful things for free from TK's system. Are you totally sure about what you've talked? Fact is fact. Other than it, what you talked is something called "imagination". If you do not have something useful for the system, you have the right to keep silent. It is not only you who has a brain able to think, is it?

I was thinking of asking the people that resurrected other binned threads how to go about this. I suspect that twee might see it as a way certain people to keep the thread alive in spite of their opposition.

Someone could start another thread easily enough and call it TK(II) or something else. Not a big deal I think. Just post PDF's, Templates, and indicators on the first post. I doubt the admins would be concerned about that....it would give those that want to continue the discussion here some options is all.

I’m not trying to takes sides, or target anybody in particular, but I want to tackle what I see as being ignorance in some of the earlier posts in this (now binned) thread.

I consider it a privilege to post on this forum, free of charge. Hosting and running a forum involves costs and headaches, and these are incurred by the owners and/or administrators. In my view that furthers the rights of the latter to enforce any rules that they choose, and to ban anybody for whatever reason they see fit. When we signed up, we agreed to the rules. These rules apply to us, the members, not to the owners and admins. If we think the rules are unfair, then we should immediately cancel our membership and move on. If you want to have rights, and make rules, then become a forum owner and pay your dues accordingly.

There are FF members who apparently think that the world owes them a free lunch. Many come here seeking FREE education, FREE color-by-number, plug-and-play profitable systems, and/or FREE programming services, by way of right. They expect experienced traders who might have, earlier in their journey, spent thousands on training courses, losing trades, and blown accounts, to share the knowledge and experience they’ve painstakingly acquired over a period of several years, for free. They expect programmers to down tools from work that’s paying upward of $50/hour, just to write an EA that tests their half-baked ideas, for free. Many likewise apparently believe that the forum is theirs to post whatever and however they please, free of charge, while contributing little of value themselves.

Anybody who posts here supposedly believes that it’s ethical to make money from trading (in a zero sum game, one party necessarily gains money at another’s expense), and therefore implicitly endorses the ideology of free enterprise. Well, if the revenue FF makes from advertising, and hosting sub-forums for their business affiliates, happens to exceed their costs, then that’s likewise free enterprise at work, and as such is wholly creditable. To those who apparently think that there’s a double standard that James16 (and others) are allowed to host paid-for services here, go back and read forum rule #3 repeatedly until you understand it, and then seek your own relationship with FF as a business partner – but be prepared to pay commensurately for the privilege.

Those wanting to pursue Tkpower8’s method have lost nothing by this thread being binned. All of the earlier posts are still available to read. And moreover, you can easily go to his site, and avail yourselves of the education, downloads and discussion there. If Tkpower8 chooses to continue offering these services for free, then you’ve lost nothing. If, on the other hand, he chooses to charge (which he is perfectly entitled to do), then FF is totally justified in banning him for wittingly breaking rule #3.

Sorry about the rant, but I think it’s about time that somebody pointed all of this out. I’m not attempting to suck up to the FF owners and admins; I’m just irked that there are so many leeches and losers out there.

Your rant has nothing to do with Tkpower8's thread but more to do with the so called leeches and losers who are the FF membership. I wouldnt agree with that statement by the way, but you have obviously experienced this.

The damage done in my eyes is that an excellent thread teaching newbies to FF the importance of price action will no longer be available to those not in the know.

The forum rule 3 might not be well known by the masses, but most people understand a fair go. How can you be found guilty of a crime you might commit in the future.

Im not sucking up to anyone when I say "Twee I think you stuffed this one up."

I thought at first that I would leave you in your 'ignorance'. It is obvious that your experience in general is not very wide and you might benefit from a review of the facts. Facts, I will say when it is just opinion.

You are obviously taking sides otherwise you would not be posting. Best to own up!! It stops people scoring easy points.

This is actually a commercial undertaking run for financial gain. I have no problem with that.
It is not costly or it would not be continuing. It is profit making. Do you understand that. Capitalism, very basic.

That is your poinion and I cannot argue with that, but would say that in a well run business one has regard for both customers and workers. The workers in this case the contributors to the threads.
In this I speak as both a manager of some years standing and as a consultant of even more years.
As you so rightly say, they have the power and the right to run the business as they see fit.
Offend whom they please. They also leave themselves open to criticism as do we all who make public utterances.

I am sure that a lawyer would probly say that there is some form of contract entered into whereby they provide the web space and we, collectively provide the content.

I think that you have got a little carried away here but I will say that this forum encourages that idea. The idea that there are people who will help them get an education in forex for almost no effort on their part.
Now, I cannot say that as a fact, I have no data. What I would ask is why do people go to these threads? The answer must be that they provide a source of all the things that you said. Education, EAs, etc, etc.

I must admit that I came here hoping to learn how to make money in forex.
Better than that, I have actually learned. I have learned from one of the most generous people that I have ever met.
I would not want this to reflect on or detract from in any way the other acknowledged teachers on the forum.

I cannot comment on that, it is outside of my knowledge, sorry. Not my argument but if what you say is true, then good point.

However, I see that you now do have the knowledge of commercialism that you seemed not to have earlier... "Costs and headaches"

For my own part, I would agree. In fact I have benefitted. We don't have those people who are not there to help the strategy along. We don't have the trouble makers who would rather argue this stuff than further their trading knowledge.
On the other hand FF has lost quite a lot, well not FF exactly, I suspect that there are sufficient members for the relatively small number who will leave not to be sufficient to upset the advertising revenues.
The people who will suffer are those who might have found there way to the thread and have learned the system. Who cares about them?

Don't know who you are upset with but if you addressed yourself to them individually, in the terms used here then you might be guilty of breaking one of the rules.

My comments were meant to be general in their nature, and in hindsight I probably got way off topic, and also posted them in the wrong thread. I apologize for that.

Phreddy, IMHO your comment about members paying their dues by providing free 'copy' is valid. Well said. Something that I overlooked.

If you want to think that I'm sucking up to FF, that's OK with me. There's nothing wrong with freedom of thought.
