Make sure you determine the trend direction before pulling the trigger since that gives you the answer to how long to hold it if it goes against you and determine if your targets are close or far away...goodluck

Hi,

Do you think we see a bounce around 1.4540? Shxx missed the pullback to support (now res) at 1.4735 last night (GMT+12 here).

What do you think? Are we headed south. This is what I would say.

Target maybe diag TL from Nov. around 90 pips. Or 120 pips (38% retr.). see chart.

I am bullish in this pair for many reasons ...we have come to a demand area in the daily and we are starting to see the first wave of buyers coming .....remeber the more price drops the more buyers get intrested in buying since it becomes cheaper the middle of the charts is parity and the extrmes are always dominant buy buyers or sellers not both at the same time...I took my longs on this pair already....scalps are still longs and shorts are still hold untill about 60...

Basic rules - buy above resistance and sell below support. Sell below red line if price gets there. Lets see how this one unfolds.

Can you have a look what was the low Jan 11 around 22/23 GMT in your 1hr chart?

OANDA has 1.6745
Saxo has 1.6687 !!

Looks like some stop hunting.

Short EURUSD at 1.3160 (it was an inverse bucket on lower time frame, as I expect a breakout if we push south of 1.3130 so I'm just trying to get a better price).

I'm exhausted though, so I've set a hard stop of 40 pips, a trail-stop that goes into effect of 60 pips once I'm +40 (so max loss of 20), and a hard target of 1.3000 (so I will negate the trail-stop if it teaches).

We'll see how it goes, I'm always a little iffy to put on trades I can't watch, but trading this way has been working so far.

yeah I wasn't too worried about it given the circumstances, but stopped out with a relatively small loss so onto the next trade

Maybe it was pure luck
Anyway i have locked in 50 pips on this one so im happy with the morning
