Alright here is somthing I am looking to aim for ...need it to retrace and then I will look for shorts its a holding trade

Dude are you ripping on my buddy sherm. I also trade against the herd. 95% Of you follow the herd of a cliff. Buy a top and sell a bottom thinking its a breakout.

I love when the herd is mobilised.

If 95% of the herd are selling then guess what, that instrument will go south - fact.

Look at my post from Sunday - The reason NZDCHF dropped 350pips was because the 'herd' kept selling.

THE TRICK IS CALLING THE TOP OR BOTTOM, WHICH IS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM ALWAYS GOING AGAINST THE HERD.

A move upwards seems likely on USD/CHF. Thought I'd start adding to the thread again and post a chart.

Nice try but the herd, or retail traders dont trade a position size large enough to effect the market one bit. That is a fact.

It really isnt that hard to understand is it?

Dont think I agree, Libb. There looks to be a lot of strong resistance to me at the 1.1250 area, going back to last Sept - Oct on the 4H chart. And its a tossup with the fundemental backdrop as both the Swissy and the Dollar are havens for risk aversion.

Good luck though. Keep your stops close.

My plan was to take half profit at 1.1250 and if it broke I would have some left for more profit. It just seemed like an obvious ascending triangle to me so I thought I'd post, criticism always welcome though.
