That's ok, no biggie, that's what I thought but I got confused because AutoCalc is set for;
extern bool AutoCalcBasketTPasPercent=true;
extern double FourToSevenTradesPercent=1;
but the 6 Trades got closed with $2.42 profit and the account is only $72 so would have figured once profit was at $0.72 (1%), trades would have closed then by AutoCalc. Maybe I gained the extra dollars by the time the trades closed

Don't use the CHF trigger for now. I have corrected some mis-coding and will let you have the correction with the next release.

Right now, I am trying to track down why the jumping stop isn't working.

BTW - I never realized before how much Spread can widen every tick. Glad I incorporated it into the EA. I've been watching GBPCAD and within 4 ticks I saw it go from 12 to 6 to 14 to 32 Wow
So when the EA is ready to trade you would not want it to enter at a 32 point spread but by the next tick can be at 6, so then you would want to enter, nice
but the question is, Does it really matter?

Grr I'm gutted as my trading computer has been knacked the last three weeks so I have'nt been asble to try out Steve or matrix's EAs grr. Thanks to everyone whos made this system so special, especially Kang, Steve and matrix and for the enthusiasm of people like Eddie and tons of others, hoping to fix my comp this weekend woohoo!

Coming back to DD I had only $ 600 in the demo Account. At one time
more than three baskets were running with roughly $ 100 + as investment

So I am assuming the DD was in acceptable level

But I have noticed the DD on Euro trigger is little heavy compared to other

Steve for V8a,

Even though the aud, cad, and nz ~ USD pairs are set to false in the inputs they still trade with the US Triggers.

Euro trigger is still opening baskets while outside the pending /entry levels. In this case around 50 mark.

This is a Brilliant thread better than the ones i have read. Great work!!

I have the EA on my chart and left all settings default, it pop a message box saying KG basket range tradingi V8a GBPJPY,H1: Alert: Opening Weak xxxChf basket. But nothing happen? Could it be the spread diff?

V8b attached.

I corrected some mis-codings that I found when looking for possible causes of problems mentioned here. I am not sure if these will solve everything, so keep the glitch reports coming.

I know the jumping stop works partially. The ea set a breakeven jumping stop on a GBP basket last night, and the basket closed when the strength retraced. I am waiting to see if the js will carry on to the next stage, but the markets are not cooperating and the demo is not opening any baskets. Hey ho.

A little tip for you. If you are using the ea to manage the baskets, you don't need the magic numbers on screen, so turn ShowMagicNumbersOnScreen to 'false' - this frees a lot of screen space.



Update details
V3a: fixed the incorrect entries in the xxxUSDUSDxxx baskets.
V3b: (1) Fixed the user feedback display. (2) Added feedback to show when the ea is waiting for a retrace to send a basket - shows a message such as 'Weak basket pending'.
V4: added the GBP trigger.
V4a: added the MaximumSpread feature. Added the ability to chose the distance of retrace the ea waits before sending the basket.
V5: added EUR and CHF triggers. Added the DisplayGapSize input to help tidy up the feedback display. Added the missed GBPCAD pair to the GBP basket.Added the option to turn off the screen display of magic numbers.Added the basket take profit option.
V6: added the basket stop loss and jumping stop functions.
V6a: added the missed GBPAUD and CADCHF pairs.
V7: added AUD trigger,
V8: added NZD and CAD triggers. Sorted out AUD glitches – I think. Sorted out the jumping stop – possibly. Added Shirt Protection and Global Order Closure.
V8a: solved the problem of baskets closing then the EA immediately opening a fresh one – I think.
V8b: corrected some mis-coding. Jumping stop is partially working – sets a breakeven.

Working with V8 last night, decided to close MT down for the night due to the glitches with JS.......

... flipped it back on this morning with a massive result!

Alpari is going for 5 decimal point quotes on live accounts from monday of next week......... hope this doesn't mess anything up.

Make sure you update to V8b. Some of the previous versions are seriously damaged.

Thanks Steve, just found that post.

Having loaded 8b on to MT4 it crashed.....

Obviously I will restart etc and try again.
