I.m still holding that stop buy ,just move it now at 1.3385.
The logic behind this is if I still have a break to the upside ,in case is a false breakout I will have a chance to BE or may be grab a couple of pips.
Generally I don't look to trade after 12:30 pm ET but lately we saw some rallies in the very late session.Yesterday we have a run of more than 100 pips on EU about 1 PM.

Do you consider the upcoming fundamental news when placing buy or sell stop orders or do you trade it pure technically ?

Unless I feel like the news will change the sentiment in the market I dont care about news

If I trade 1 hr. I stay out around the news.
During this time the brokers wide the spreads which increase your exposure to a level I personally don't feel comfortable with.
This may be just the way I feel it but I believe that the brokers use the wider spreads to hunt stops.
Another reason I stay out is that mkt. doesn't react the same way they use to . For instance many times now you may have bad news for USD and $ is still going up.
I don't trade much on higher time frames right now but if I have a position then I wouldn't care that much.The technical would ,eventually,get me out.

If we mange to brake 4813 we will see a nice apportunity to scalp back to 4717 without any problem...

Sell stop 4813
Limit 4717

Once target hit close 90 percent and let the rest run...

As I can see you have your sell stop below the intraday low .Why don't you have your sell stop below intraday short 4927 as we have already tested the intraday fibs.
By the way what is that dotted green line below the pivot support marked buy.

Hi,
How to use your indicator? I tried to add this on Meta chart (G/U), it is not showing up any thing. Do I need to do some settings in input parameter. Today is Sunday and market is not running, so is it that reason that it has no lines and nothing? How back testing works?

I am having trouble finding a live chart tool that has Fib expansion also. I trade at MB Trading. And they have Intellichart and MetaTrek or something. Is there any live charts on the web that have Fib expansion tool? Because everyone teaches with the expansion tool, not just the retracement tool.

With MT 4 you can create the expansion tool.

I don't know this one .But I think that it depends on MB if the platform allows imports from a outside source or not.

Actually, one thing you can do is download MT4 from Intrebank fx and set your fib there and have to separate charts but I understand may not be convenient

Well I heard that MB Trading have pretty good reviews.I understand that they trade in the "Interbank Exchange" so this may be a plus since you don't have to deal with the brokers directly.It will probably fits better someone who have a large account.Their platform don't have that many features like MT4 .If you want you can open a demo with Interbank Fx just to check the fibo levels and have the trades done on MBTrading.

Hi Angie.... your answer on MB Trading and MT4... you don't. I was with them for 2 years. YES...they are TRUE Direct Access Broker, BUT they say that it is not possible to have true access brokers with an MT4 platform. That is not entirely true, their is a true access broker out their but they do not have too many good reviews.

I cannot see them going away from their platform. For the longest time I used MT4 from another broker for charts and placed my trades on the MB Trading platform.

I ended up closing my account at MB and moving over to IBFX. So far, it's been a good move.

What is the smallest amount you can open an account with at Interbank FX (I assume that is what IBFX is)? And what are any downsides of IBFX vs. MB trading?

And IBFX MT 4 doesn't have GBP/JPY?

Dont use it.....you will get the wrong one a couple of times if the waveform start from just one day....

You can trade micro lots with Interbank ,I think you can open an acc. with $250.
They have GBP/JPY and many others.
I think they pretty good overall but I won't be surprised to find out they hunt stops occasionally.

Hi Angie,
I think their min to open is $250.00. I havn't found a downside yet. They have something allot of brokers do not, they have a debit card you can attach to your account to take out your money.

They have all the major pairs....I trade G/J everyday.
