could you modify the indicator to make the channel distance to be MA(20) of ATR instead of ATR? i want to have a smooth curve

willf is talking about having a willingness to thoroughly learn the basics of a trading system or method............and then committing yourself to putting forth the effort and spending the time required to make that system/method "your own". This is the one and ONLY way a trader can be successful. Learn ALL you can about the Fozzy by at least "looking" at every post, picking the ones that provide information about how the method really works and then "work" with it for awhile until it becomes profitable for you. Anything less than this, just will not work out for you as a trader!
I've posted repeatedly in this thread about the need for a person to do their "homework". Sadly, many of the people who PM willf, fozzy, me and others do little more than just that. I've looked at the posts of those asking for "the holy grail", either by PM or post, and most often these people have only gone to the Trading Systems Forum, logged on to each "system" thread and asked the same questions in every thread: "What are the indicators? Which post tells me how to trade this method? How do I trade this system? How much $$$ can I make with this system? blah...blah...blah..." They expect to get an answer in every thread and then pick the system that will make them rick quickly (kind of like eating chicken; eat the part you like, throw out the rest).
I apologize if I sound annoyed, irritated or bitter by all this..........but sometimes I am. I discussed this very situation with another trader just this morning. We both agree that after awhile there is a tendency to post less and just plain ignore the PM's and posts that ask the same old questions. As a result, some of us who are more experienced traders don't post but keep the useful information to ourselves or share it privately with our friends. That's not how it should be here at FF, but that's quickly becoming the reality of the situation.
My suggestion: read all the pertinent information in a thread before you ask questions (we'll know if you have or haven't!). If you don't understand something or can't find what you're looking for: then ask. Someone will help you!

This isn't directed at any one person in particular but I keep getting private messages on a daily basis asking basic questions about the Fozzy method.
I don't mind helping others but please at least take the time to read the thread and get an understanding of the system first.
I know the thread is quite large but if you cannot commit some time to sit down and read it then perhaps your level of commitment is not high enough to make it in forex anyway.

Does anyone know where I can find the latest updated and newest rules of this method.
I'm trying to avoid sifting through the entire thread to find the main system.

once anyone starts reading the thread they will quickly realise whose posts to focus on and which ones to skip. so in that sense you can very quickly cover ground..

You are right. This thread has got really big and I understand it can be a right pain to find the info you need.
Perhaps we could have a locked thread with the several variations that exist. That way the info is easy to find and won't be filled up with questions.
