DislikedCool
But i still think that the best exit are pivot lines, and these type of trades are rare.Ignored
DislikedYes mate, I've extited near R2 pivot lines when I felt the trend was changing.![]()
I know, it's difficult, but the best way to close position is monitoring the price every time till you see the trend is gonna go in the opposite way!Ignored
DislikedNever mind. I found it. It is fibonacci pivots.
Do you use them or trade only standard Daily pivots?Ignored
DislikedI trade with them much more that with others pivot points...
R1 - If price touch R1 we know it will return back so we go SHORT.
R2 - means that the trend is strong and the price will go still LONG.
R3 - means that the trend can return back so it will be SHORT.
and vice versa for the short option S1, S2 and S3.Ignored

DislikedRetal can you be more specific please and give us some example of how you trade with analyzing price action according to mentioned levels. Does that mean that you go short in long trend on R1 or I misunderstood something? Does this levels helps you to enter, trail or exit trade the most times??Ignored
DislikedThose pivot points are useful to track a strong trend. Examples:
1- I open a LONG position on a chart. Price is bellow R2 but it rise to R2 point and cross it. If the price crosses it, we can say that the trend is strong and it's reccomended to stay LONG.
BTW you can use it also for:
2- I open a trade LONG on a chart. Price rise up to R1 point. Now, we have a greather probability that touching R1 point price will return back and fall down. So I close my position and i take my profit.
Those pivot points can be used also for the second example, but it's more used for the first example. I use the strategy of the second example only if there are something else that make me think...Ignored
DislikedHi, the rainbow has 80 pips wide but still a profitable trade...
actually you will take all signals no matter the rainbow is contracted or not?Ignored
