Can anyone explain to me what will happen when a spike goes beyond a stop loss? How do we protect our position from a spike?

Your SL order will be executed at the market price. So if you are Short and put a Stop order somewhere above your entry level and all of a sudden there is a sharp run up way above your Stop level, your Stop order will be triggered, but there is no guarantee that you will be filled at that exact stop price. When your Stop order is triggered, it becomes a market order.

What will MB trading due since thy are under the 20mill requirement that will take effect in May 2009?

PS: Great broker, but cap has me a little worried.

I want for some time withdrawal all my funds. If I do that, i will have still access to navigator and quotes? or my account will be automatically closed?

justin, would you be so kind and forward this idea to your development team?

when I have an open position on some currency, I want to set up a stop loss, I click TTO and usually I have "adding to position". it leads to errors in making a stop loss (giving a pyramid entry). is there a possibility for a popup screen "do you really want to add to your position" to appear if one is making a pyramid-entry TTO?

this happened a couple of times ago, but I've managed to close the order when I saw that it came up wrong. but this time I hadn't opened the nav for a day, and you can undestand that it was definetely NOT a good morning when I did... this was supposed to be a 15$ loss or 45$ profit and it came up as a 150$ loss.

just a safety popup. "do you wish to add to your existing position". it would do the trick nicely.

please forward this. i'd like to see that in the next version of the navigator.

I'm not following exactly what happen here, could you please email me at [email protected] with your full name and account number so I can take a look in our system.

We do have the option available to confirm order placement, but it seems this isn't what you are looking for.

It is one of those Good Thing to have the sense of investing the part of ones unspent cash in other to prepare for the raining day, but another to invest in its sustainability. I am imploring any of my leanered colleague in this forum to kindly give or POST NAMES of signal companies that can be subscribed to in other to have a sustainable Account. I have lost a lot in this FOREX business, Please somebody should help providing Solution. ONE LUV TO EVERYONE ON THE GOOD AND SUPERB THINKING HERE AND THERE.

Hello mustaji,

AS you have said that you have lost a lot in this market. Then why don't you trade with some strategy, why don't you use the tools for trading like the stop loss pivot points go for some news channels etc. Look out for some nice brokers as there are many brokers around.

Hi Justin !

What about hedging position in one account ?
Do I need two separate accounts or are you planning to
implement hedging in MBT-Navigator ?

I know that ATC Brokers has an ECN Hotspot feed with Metatrader 4
and allows hedging in one account.

My exp with Metatrader tells me that we can hedge (open long and short) in one go.. I use NF btw..

Hi Bernhard,

You will in fact need two accounts to hedge, but we will provide you with one login, so that you may toggle between the two accounts without the need to log out and back in.
