That was a pretty easy thrust on through the pivot......... if it closes above, it should be safe to LONG .......... of course their is always that 1.9666 (the BEAST #) that always acts as a strong resistance.

I'm seeing resistance at 1.9654 area ahead followed immediately by 1.9666 (hey, it's true....that number is ALWAYS stubborn for what it's worth)........ then if it hit's 1.9675/80 area it may be a good time to SHORT.

I think its because crappy US data ahead......... then there are the whole slew of rumors about US making plans to bomb Iran..... special forces are already in IRAN...... Iran just admitted to supplying Iragi insurgents but they are stopping now...oh wait, that one is true! Well...I don't know if Iran is really stopping but hey..why would they lie?

Cheney unhurt in blast at U.S. base in Afghanistan

BAGRAM AIRBASE, Afghanistan (Reuters) - A suicide bomber killed at least 10 people in an attack on Tuesday on the main U.S. military base in Afghanistan where Vice President Dick Cheney had spent the night after an unannounced visit.
U.S. officials said Cheney was not hurt in the blast -- which took place outside a security gate at the sprawling Bagram Airbase, around 60 km (40 miles) from Kabul.
"The vice president is fine," Cheney's spokeswoman, Lea Anne McBride, told reporters.
The former Afghan rulers, the Taliban, claimed responsibility for the blast.
Cheney's secrecy-shrouded visit comes as Washington warned that al Qaeda and its Taliban allies were regrouping on Pakistan and Afghan soil.
The United States has about 27,000 soldiers in Afghanistan, where it says defeating the Taliban is vital for its own security.
Conflicting reports from outside the airbase put the death toll at between 10 and 20 people, with several injuries.
U.S. officials said some foreign soldiers had been injured.
"It was a suicide attack. I can see 10 bodies scattered outside the base," said Haji Khawani, a police officer at the scene.
He said the suicide bomber had detonated a device while he was mingling with laborers queuing for daily jobs at the base.
The Pakistan-based Afghan Islamic Press agency, quoting other police sources, said 20 people had been killed.
U.S. officials have imposed strict conditions on journalists traveling with Cheney, but a presidential palace official said Cheney was expected in Kabul on Tuesday afternoon for talks with President Hamid Karzai.
Cheney arrived in Afghanistan on Monday from Pakistan, where he pressed President Pervez Musharraf to do more about Taliban and other militants using its territory for shelter and training.
Citing U.S. officials, ABC News reported that CIA deputy director Stephen Kappes had also shown Musharraf "compelling" CIA evidence of al Qaeda's resurgence on Pakistani soil.
The CIA evidence was said to include surveillance satellite photos pinpointing the locations of several new al Qaeda camps in the Pakistani border province of Waziristan, ABC reported.
The Afghan government, its foreign allies and the insurgents all warn of a bloody spring offensive as the snows melt within weeks. Some 4,000 people were killed in fighting last year in the bloodiest period since the Taliban were ousted in 2001.
