Hi!

It comes by itself every now and then. It's called "EUR/USD Trading Page". You will find it under Resources -> FX News.

Well that was another one blown away, a short on GBP/USD at 1.7255. I'm obviously missing something here.

YES SANOOK, YOU MISSED THE NEWS!
Today looks like is a good day for eur/pound. Just got it from the news. This means that you have basically to buy at a good price, and refuse to sell at any price or at resistance, since it may not respect it due to the LIKELY daily trend.

Only my opinion, but if I don't give one I will never learn to master this !

Well, I have marked 1.7395 - 1.7410 level (from the Hourly TF) as a possible resistance level. Looks stronger that the previous one to me .... more 'History' to it

and,

also the bounce of 1.7223 earlier was maybe 'too close' for a bounce off there as well (the PDF says be wary if a recent level has bounced) ?

Great videos BRV - very informative and it really helps to make things clearer to watch you do the analysis live. I agree about the quality and I hope the viddler (or whatever you use) make the picture clearer.

Following the video I have a question ... probably a difficult one to answer

In the PDF you mention being wary of levels that have "been sloshed about too much" as this may weaken then,

but in today's video you look out for levels that "have been hit a few times" to add strength to them.

I realise there is probably a fine line between the two but can you throw a few guidelines into the difference between these two cases please?

usd pairs seems to be cosolidating , except from cable , I guess everybody are looking for the us opening ... any insights?

I 'm almost scared to agree with you Willowgal as I my opinion is usually the kiss of death. But so far so good. I had a declining two touch trend line on hourlies that I was watching to confirm short around 1.7421 but your entry looks better

mm - its a long wait until tomorrow - its a holiday in the US today....

Cable just hit the strong resistance of Fridays high, the 7400 level and todays R2 - a nice area in which to take profit...http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

Well thanks - I'm still looking at the zones on my longer term charts, but in these volatile times I'm mainly trading off the pivots and sweet spots plus retracements and not staying in trades too long...

UJ is close to a breakout level of +101.35 Zoom on in and have your finger on the trigger (Targeting 103. . . )

If it rejects it then you can play it as a counter trend bounce

Hi lemming,

I don't see your 'breakout thinking' with this one.... to me there looks to be previous history of resistance around 101.20-101.50 and a short looks to be the trade here for me if anything.
