Does anyone know if there is a way to trade a qualified account (IRA) without having to cash out and take the penalty. Thank you for your help.

Some brokers compensate percent for translation. It is necessary to find such brokers only.

Do you think there are accounts like this without penalty? I think it's a conditions of any transaction!

Setup a self-directed IRA, setup an IRA account w/ the broker, then do an "IRA transfer" (versus a rollover, which has different rules).

Lots of brokerages do IRA accounts. There are rules tho, ie: you cannot use margin in an IRA account... so it's cash only.
