When do you enter.

2 ways

1. 15 RSI is in a strong up trend .. break 2 pips over the 100%
2. 15 RSI is not in a stronge up trend ... must close 2 pips over the 100%

Hi TEB,

Thanks for posting your system here- looks excellent

If I have understood your rules:

1) The RSI 15 gives us a possibility of a trade
2) The RSI 3 gives us warning a trade is potentially on
3) A Breakout of a previous high for a buy and a previous low for a sell gives us the trading signal to act on

Am I on the right track?

In terms of a SL and TP how do you feel about fixed stops and targets eg 10/20 pips?

Hope you can help

Kind regards

Mark

yes I think so

SL & TP smaller try them out & see what happens
but the system is really based on the 1.2.3 break and so
the SL & TP are also based on them cheers

Am I correct in thinking the trade shown in the Exit post would have been stopped out as the stop loss is hit before the first target?

No I don't think so, you don't move up the SL until target 1 is hit... right?

I understand that, but the initial stop loss appears to have been hit before the first target was hit?

The trade looks like it would have been opened around 9.45 and stopped out sta 10am?

Thanks

Hi Andy

you are right
The 0% should be the a little in lower on the dip
where the trade would be taken out is where the "0" fibb (SL) should be
The Fibbs got moved
Sorry

I was showing the exits rules ...
sloppy on the entery

cheers

a few other things

1. you can see big tails on the min. chart
but only use them if they are really big like in the red box here.

2. keep an eye on the "00" & the "50" on the chart
you may use them as targets & SL if they are close to the fibbs
they are price stoppers & price pullers.
(again see the red box)
cut the risk & use them if they are close

cheers
