the uptrend was taken out by the moves lower and 184.50s sets up a potential double bottom if it goes that low.. that congestion area 197-195 sets up serious resistance since it can be seen as a major failure.

It is illogical that our dollar loses value when gold goes up and had he never
separated gold from the dollar we wouldnt be in the mess we are in now.
It is clearly a matter of a gross over extension of credit as our dollar continues to be devalued against real hard assets. May as well blame the frb too going back to 1913 or something.

seriously, give 178,50 a chance: trendline and fibo-extension level.

Whoever read my earlier post regarding the Daily QQE, here is a chart that might help.

Look how we are in a Daily range of 500-600 pips, look at how QQE has crossed up and getting out of the lower levels but price is not moving higher everyday, price is bouncing up and down like nuts.

I've seen many setups like this on smaller TF's, so if this setup works like I think it should then once Daily QQE crosses back down, GJ will tank towards the Monthly trendline around 176 if not lower.

I will enter once I get confirmation, no need to rush in.

1 more thing, you don't have to believe me because I could be wrong as well.
I posted this on September 18th and it has worked just as I had expected it, today's candle is going to close below daily gann and QQE crossing down.

My Swing strategy long term

I am waiting for a bounce of the monthly trendline to go long..
It's hard to hold a short position with negative swap interest..

Once it hit the trendline, I will be holding for the swap interest and scalp to build up my margin for the retracement ..

Plan is the key to make money in this business.

Ideas will always change everyday but if you are swing trader...Waiting for the big swing or reversal is the key..

I managed to ride a swing trade two years ago and it was rewarding..

Now the carry trades is out of the trend..

Scalping is the only thing working for me now..

lockin pips is the key..There is many opportunites to make money..

Be patience as many traders state on this board..

I don't rrade AUD/JPY, but I just got an email from IBFX of rate change below. I seem to recall a high +ve swop rates for AUD/JPY longs. Am I wrong? Does anyone recal what it was yesterday?

Please note the following changes have been made to the swap rates for the AUD/JPY:
Buy Sell
AUD/JPY -11.11 -16.64
This change will be effective today, 09/29/2008.

brugandy lines are the fib expansion lines and downside targets .. as long as price does not break the 38% to the upside we shoulkd see 61.8 @ 183.91, then 78.6 @180
