Shorting the EURO seems too risky to me right now.... remember the US fundamentals are looking pretty dismal. Isn't the bailout supposed to raise the national debt and put the final nail in the coffin of the USD?

DislikedIt is way to early to determine a downtrend. Look at the USD calendar, everything is in red, terrible news. Take a look at the EUR news, and you'll see it is quite stable. EUR/USD is going to that 1597, i don't know when but it is going there. The USD news are way too terrible, with the worst being that existing home sales yesterday.Ignored
Dislikedwooo , it's crazy - if someone looked at 5 min chart - it's pattern after pattern , H&D and than reverse H&D , it's a war zone , this area eventually will be the new higher low or the new lower high on the daily \ weekly chart .
tommorow it's a gann day , if u don't now gann - it's a day with high probbability to a reversal in the markets .
it is really interesting to watch the gold chart (which I think is a great indicator for the markets situation ) , the up had stopped exactlly on the 61.8 fib level , and in the smaller TF you can see that there is something cooking ...
My feeling is that we are going to see the USD going to higher levels .
good luck.Ignored
DislikedSo meaning the usd is going to get stronger, adn eur/usd will go down?Ignored
DislikedYeah but is there a chance that the bailout will cause a short term rally in the USD, because it won't have a pricetag as big as expected?
Congress isn't going to give the administration what they want, the full amount, upfront. The bailout is going to be less/different than what has been discussed all week (nobody is writing Paulson a $700 billion check).Ignored
DislikedTimeFreedom, I'm at my work at the moment, so I can't have a look at it now, but I think this is a MT4 problem.
Still I will look at this matter as soon as I have the opportunity to do so.Ignored
DislikedSirens - please reduce the size of the chart that you posted - its far too big and screwing up this whole page. http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon8.gif Thanks.Ignored
