in both cases, not much contraction on guppy. signals are valid, but immediate direction prediction quality could be below par.

because of the big move the scale is a bit confusing.
the first signal was long at 1.7900 and the price traced back to 1.7859 not including spread. if your sl is greater than 45 pips you stayed alive but i dont think a 5 min system should have such a big sl. 20-30 is the right stop.

I think if u trade that way...I think u will face more trouble..U mus take a look at the pairs that U trade as well....

Example like GBP/JPY,EUR/JPY or GBP/USD .... 30 to 50 pips move in a flash is normal...U will find urself hitting SL often,if u trade them with tight SL...

i dont trade this sytem yet , i just check things up.
the rules of the system not mentioned by me are 25 pips sl , more volatile pair like GBP/USD i can give 40 pips , that should be more than enough even for 15-30 tf trades, GBP/JPY not recommended. this trade hits 45 pips sl and you cant consider it a good trade just because a few hours later there was a strong move in the same direction. i can accept one loss and one big win but there were several false signals that day.

(1) anyone tried this on 1 min TF with good profit ?

(2) I read that many people who is using this system seem to take profit around 15 - 30 pips. What i personally think is this system could bring around 40 - 80 pips per trade. If you guys take profit around 25 pips, what is your stop loss ? With such small profit means tight stop loss which could stop out some of the good trades.

(3) TP around 25 pips would mean SL of around 13 pips. If using 5 mins TF, 13 pips SL is just too tight don't you think ? If SL is around 30 - 40 pips, shouldn't TP be around 60 - 80 pips ?

Maybe some of you guys who is taking 20 - 30 pips profit often could help with my questions.

If your risk to reward ratio is less than 1:1.5 when you set exit at pivot point(S&R) , is it a good trade ?

Both have good signal, why ?

EUR/USD Chart

(1) short signal alert
(2) The green lines below the red lines, all other line in same direction and they are compact together
(3) Laguerre line cross the 0.75 from above and head down
(4) MACD below 0


USD/CHF Chart

(1) long signal alert
(2) The green lines above the red lines, all other line in same direction and they are quite compact together
(3) Laguerre line cross the 0.15 from below and head up
(4) MACD above 0

Lastly, both chart shows PRO USD.

Excellent signal especially second one. Why?
Guppy contracted, price steady for some time, retrace from level 106.70, previous support.

I guess you got that signal from the EA ? I saw the snap shot in my EA folder too. Got quite a number of alert today, didn't act on either of them. Wanna see how reliable is the signal and learn to choose the correct signal

I would like to ask in the atteched chart , should we enter on the lined candle or avoid such trade as Macd is just positive on the lined candle

Whenever you are in doubt, always refer to the rule.

(1) Laguerre line must cross the 0.15 from below and head up

(2) MACD must be above 0

Laguerre is way too far away from 0.15. I wouldn't take this trade. Although you might win this trade, always remember if you don't follow the system close enough, you are trying your luck

I still do not have any Ea for this method and anyway i am afraid form any EA
if u got good result please share with us and for me i will keep posting posiible trades

The EA used is only for alert/advise propose. I am not a big fan of auto trading (anyway my broker doesn't support MT4).

EA = Expert Adviser and NOT

ET = Expert Trader

Today is the first day i start using the system. I didn't do any trade because i wanted to see how reliable is the EA. I am reviewing all the snap shot after London close.

Will continue to do this till I find it comfortable to trade on demo. After demo, will try trade live.
