charts: click to chart, it opens in new window, click again and it will be bigger

"bookmarking" - if you look upper of the thread, you see:"view first unread", click this and it takes you to last post what you have not read (of course if you have logged in)

I think E/U continues its move UP, to FE61.8 (1.4550). There was a Bullish Outside Bar (BUOB) on H4. I am LONG, with SL below BUOB (1.4100). R/R ration is not that great at the moment (approx. 1:1), but of FE61.8 is hit, we'll go to FE100 (1.4770), plus I will move my SL as it plays out (IF it plays out ) as planned.

The default value of the price swing point is 0, so you must give a valid price before the indicator does what it must do.

You can switch each zone on or off. You can give each level it's own color and line style.

If the value of the zone goes beneath 0 price, this line will automatically be disabled.
Hey Fewhills,

Very nice indicator...user defined..I like it. Only one thing missing as far as I'm concerned..is the ability to label the fib zones automatically on the chart so you don't get confused. Is it possible to label each fib zone?

from what I see inthe posts here , the eur\usd usd\chf gbp\usd started an up move , so - we need to start map them up ? meaning , do we need to look at it as a trend reversal - and put fib zones ,retracements etc. in the up direction? like in the chart :

IMO the action in the Euro is now demonstrating clear harmony to the upside.

The initial rally stopped at the 610 Fib Zone at #1 and then retraced to the 61.8% level at #2, 3 & 4 - also the 233 FZ - so there must be plenty of suppy in that area. The rally that started in yesterdays NY session has continued this morning, breaking above Monday's high and almost taking out the 61.8 expansion at #5.

Now we may get a pull back as 265 pips so quicky is a lot in the euro - I'd pull a fib on todays move on a 15m chart to help with another buy...

The next target at the 987 FZ is right into the retracement area (violet lines) off the daily chart....and above that there's a Daily 987 FZ

I actually went short EU @1.4530 which is the 377 fib zone and also the 61.8 retracement level of the down move from 1.4907 to 1.3879...any comments...

how should I see the pairs , just retracing or reversing?

to what direction do I put now the fib tools ?

here are 2 chrts 4hr usd\chf , one with fib tools to the up move one for the down move , both of them looks like in harmony - which one is the correct one?

Well if i'd knew this answer i would be a millionare. I know one thing for sure! Like Mouteki said,there will be spaces beetwen fib corrections,expantions and zones.One way of doing it by my opinion is to work inside them.

A nice entry - hope you've booked some profit.....here's my 15 min chart that I mentioned earlier.

So far, price has bounced off the 4450 level, a couple of pips above the 38% retrace and is ranging up to the 4500 level....lets see what the NY session brings....

this is very confusing , look at the gbp\usd chart , it seems to me like a 61.8 fib retracement respect - so I'm thinking short , but it can also go to 61.8 retracement of the big move (weekly chart)... what to do in such case?

I dont see any Fib Zones, so how do you find harmony?

It would be clearer if you removed the grid and generally made your chart as clean as possible so that we can see the relevent levels....http://forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

As to the question as to whether we can have both up and down moves that are both valid - I'd like to have Mouteki's view as I've also got both on my Euro charts - although I only showed the green UP Fib Zones etc on the hourly chart that I posted...

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for not being able to post a chart (i'm in work and unable to) but have you noticed that Cable has just bounced off the .618 retracement from the 21st August high to 11th September low (recent swing low).

It hasn't yet bounced to another FZ/low. If it were not for the pin bar on the weekly you could consider this as a continuation of the downtrend!? IMO i believe Cable HAS reversed it's major downtrend and will continue north. I believe it will not retrace to any less than 1.8000 before continuing north.

Any thoughts?

Note: this retrace has already bounced off the .5 and .23 on the daily

I'm actually going short on this pair. I see harmony for a short. I shorten it yesterday after carefully looking at it. Right now it is going against me but i am hoping for a move back south. Look at my chart there is resistance at the 61.8 fib retracement level which over laps the 377 fib sequence level. My TP is the 987 level.

i'm long, after first signal of Mouketi sistem, bounce 62.8 FE and 100 FR, and se stop is rigth there.

If i would be trading gbp/usd right now (but I am not) I would go with long side until/IF the price reaches the blue area (marked on picture) So you have 400 pips to work on from this point if this will be the case . From there on - I have no idea,i would have to wait for some price action.

I agree fx pipin...eu is howing respect to the fib retracements and fib zones...look at the respect shown to the 38.2 and 50 levels and of course the 61.8 level.....and as it has taken out the 987 level I guess the tp should be the 1597 level @1.3310 which also overlaps the 100 extension.

Harmony is also seen in the weekly chart as you can see the fib expansion over laping the 1597 level. Any constructive criticism is appreciated.
