Do anyone know which charting software (free software) offer 8hr chart?

I am near certain FXSol Accucharts has 8hr charts. I dont know if it is still free, my demo was terminated and I havent had it for months now. It is worth a glance www.fxsolutions.com/fxaccucharts/

You need to sign up with a demo, then download the charting package if I remember correctly.

Check out netdania.com they have 8hr chart. it is web based so no download
required.
