I'm not sure if anyone is still trading, yet this week, BUT the Box is 183 pips tall, which is more than the average daily range for G/U in general. Translation: I would avoid trading this strategy today. To ask the market to move an additional 50 pips is asking a lot.

Yep...a trade today would have been stopped out for a 25 pip loss. I guess I'm just agreeing with myself! LOL

Yeah, it was definitely way too big to trade. I'll resume on Monday too. But just to notify I'll be on the road once again from Monday til Wednesday or Thursday. I'll be trading on my phone, but might not get a chance follow the thread here. So all the best to the rest of you.

Hi all, just got back from my road trip so am only able to give updates on my trade now. I traded as usual on Monday and achieve the 50 pips target, so I'm off for the week.

Hi @ll,

I'm been following your thread on & off. Glad to know there's such thread from M'sian too besides Malaysia. Sometimes, abit proud to know there's alot of fellow countrymen in the business.

I'm also eager to learn such system, esp from M'sian. When got time, maybe I would contact microsuck for the tutorial assistance on this system, as I'm staying in Cheras. Hope to meet up with you micro,

As for me, I've burn small account previously due to freshie, greedy and inexperience. . I'm practising scalping lately. I'm practising divergence hedging. So I dont think it would be a problem to know another new method such as this. Difference methods can be winning point in different market direction.

Besides, I shall start to promote this system to our new countrymen. The more the merrier. Goods stuff like can be wasted.

Welcome back...hope you had a great trip!

I haven't traded your strategy this week due to the USA economic turmoil. One of the news services I follow indicated a RANGING market until the federal hearings divulge whether or not congress will approve Pres. Bush's bailout plan. Consequently, I am staying on the sidelines until something can be resolved. Obviously, a ranging market is not conducive to good results with a breakout system.

So just watch the markets prove me wrong! LOL
