1) Is it legal to play forex in malaysia? Some say it's legal, while others say no... So? Is it true that as long as we don't trade for others then it's alright?(of coz with others $$$, i think i ever read news about this... a trader who get $$$ from others for trading forex was caught)
well.... i have not heard any individual forex trader been caught yet either....
2) Do forex traders in Malaysia have to declare for tax? Start to tax from how much income(of forex)?
general answer : However, income remitted to Malaysia by resident companies, non-resident companies (other than companies carrying on the business of banking, insurance, air and sea transportation) and nonresident individuals are exempted from tax.
