EUR sell off during the EU and US sessions brought the pair lower somewhat, however, in my opinion, the US session lows needs to be violated before a bearish move could start in this pair, which is around 1.7080s. With JPY buying, I doubt it could happen. Maybe after Asian session.

EUR/AUD

If EUR moves above 1.4720s against the dollar, and JPY continues its sideways and/or strengthening, EUR/AUD should move higher.

EUR/CAD

CAD made a run yesterday, and pushed the pair lower. Pair is strong bearish right now, sitting right on important levels. Yesterday's US session, and today's Asian session provides strong resistances. Moving above will start a weak bullish trend, which needs to move above today's EU session highs in order to gain strength.

hey preneur nice job, what you got on gbpcad? can you post an analysis? and i need your advice, i have entered on 1.9755 and forgot to set the stop loss so what do you think? should i hedge or there's a chance for it to reach anywhere around that area soon?
I recommend you read something else as this sentence is now concluded.

EUR/USD

Pair moved above 1.4720s yesterday, and successfully completed the consolidation around that level. EUR/USD expected to rise.

GBP weakness continues to haunt almost all pairs, GBP/CAD no different. Pair is strong bearish right now.

EUR/USD

Strong support between 1.4660s - 1.4720s held for the second time during yesterday's very volatile US session. Pair will move higher given the area holds.

Strong Bullish

USD/JPY

109.90s - 110 area acted as very strong resistance since last week. Pair is poised to move lower, and is doing so...

GBP/JPY

Finally, GBP weakness combined with JPY strength opened huge moves/gains. The future is NOT bright for the GBP. MAs are perfectly aligned, signaling lower readings in the future.

Bullish trend still intact with regard to EUR/USD, but, it could be possible to take a short 1.4720s, with stops above the asian session highs of today. This is risky, sure, but will try that in the narrow range; respect to yesterday's move.

Likewise the EUR/USD short, I am taking a long in USD/JPY, just to decrease the bearish exposure to the pair. I am still BEARISH in USD, however, decreasing the exposure, until the asian highs in EUR/USD and lows in USD/JPY are taken out. Will load the longs in EUR and short in USD then.

I am reversing my bias in GBP/USD to Weak Bullish, until the Asian and US session lows (yesterday's) are taken away. If they do give away, will go Strong Bearish on the pair. (This is ~ 50 points risk)

Likewise, I am taking a long (hence turning the pair to Weak Bearish from Strong Bearish) in GBP/JPY, until the lows give way for further decline. We might see a retracement during the US session.

For short term, I believe in short MAs; dynamic depending on your timeframe:


For 30m -> 50, 100 and 200
For 1 hr -> 25, 50 and 100
For 2 hr -> 13, 25 and 50

so on...

However, I think the most important and powerful ones, also closely watch by the brokers and the financial world are:

300 MA on daily and 200 MA on weekly

The short term MAs will be violated very often, hence not a good way to trade purely concentrating at them. On the other hand, they give a sense of direction, strength of the trend, consolidation etc...

GBP/CAD

As I mentioned the importance of 1.9260s, the pair failed to move higher, and continued its down movement. The Strong Bearish move continues. It is possible to take some longs and turn the trade to Weak Bearish. (Strong bearish would start again once the US and Asian lows are taken away). However, it is NOT bullish at all, until the 1.9260s resistance is broken.

What do you mean by: " Us and asian lows are taken away" ???
