Has anyone heard from jacko? I want to know how and when to take those "counter trades" like the above member mentioned earlier. Or is that only for the private members and I have to join? I think if Jacko did profit from these past 3 weeks, it will be worth it to join his club.

As far as I know Jacko did not take any EUR shorts during past 3 weeks. Rather he has been longing this pair beginning from 1.5800.

Jacko is NOT taking any countertrend trades. I however do and things are going pretty well.
As to where is Jacko .... he is in Beijing at the olympics.

Are you a private member? I didnt know he was buying, I thought he was looking to buy at 1.5300.

Even if he did buy at 1.5800, would get stopped at 1.5700, and A-H would keep him out of the downtrend.

For 2008, if we take into account official trades (those announced in advance) the total stands at +91 pips. Are these huge profits or almost breakeven?

I don't mean anything negative, my point is just that this method isn't good during ranging periods.

Why is it during any tribulations in the market their come people dogging a proven and successful method,I 'been with Jacko almost from beginning and I am in his first group and let me tell you I am doing just fine.One thing that I learned is discipline , and analyze market on my own ,I hope when Jacko come back from Olympics he'll answer to you, for now good luck to you all,Sofia

Attached is a file with profit/loss for each official trade he has taken in 2008 (i can prove if needed). As everybody can see - nothing spectacular. Why confuse rookie traders here as though this method ensures unseen riches?

I understand that you want to believe in this method but sometimes it's better to face reality.

the uptrend clearly ended on the 15th Jul when the new high got rejected and retraced within hours of reaching the new high, the price actions shows there's no buying interest, you can clearly see the bears are taking over, and on 22th Jul, boldly showing a double top @ 1.5945 ish

Jacko did not take any 'counter trend' trades in the last 3 weeks.

Right now he has 3 losses in a row and is waiting for the trend to resume so that his Anti-Hedge strategy has a chance to pick up the 'fallen soldiers' on the way back up.

I joined Jacko's second group a couple of week's ago, and believe that I have joined at a fortuitous time.
That may seem to be a rather perverse viewpoint, considering that the underlying trend has gone on holiday, but to me it's a bonus.
I haven't joined Jacko's group in order to receive trading 'calls', but to learn a deeper understanding of trading FX. I believe the best time to learn, isn't when you're taking part in a turkey shoot, but is when the market is very difficult to read and trade.
One of the best quotes re trading that I have ever read is:
"Keep in mind that traders are usually unaware that trading is a losers game. He who loses best, will win in the end".
I'm currently hoping to learn to 'lose best'!
