I looked at charts one more time... And I revealed one problem in myself - i'm searching for opportunity to trade all the time, and it's wrong. I need more patience and only take the good opportunities.

After i see the signal on the daily chart is there anyway i can place my entery based on a 1hr chart with MUCH tighter STop LOSS?

I'm glad someone else also noticed this. I mentioned it in the the thread yesterday, http://www.forexfactory.com/showpost...ostcount=12247 , and it played out fairly well for me. I would rate it pretty high maybe not A+++ but b+ to Aish rate. I'm by no means an expert, but sometimes things just work out

I probably should have supplied this chart in my earlier post. I figured that a good TP would be back at supply where we had no buyers. I kind of like to TP near the bottom of supply to be conservative. I have seen some charts posted by Jim in the past that show this very scenario. Thanks once again to him for sharing this with us.

I didn't see any comments on this PB yet....Its at a good PPZ and almost hit 150 EMA.

I like the position. I have conflicting closes on different feeds on this bar. FxPro its not a pin and closed below the daily lows. One other comment is that today's bar did break the weekly DBHLC bar, albeit it is off about 12 pips.

I am an 18 year old trader that started trading about a year now...I started trading by fallowing BOBOKUS fibonacci trading strategy and it has been a great experience, though it has not been information found in this thread can give me an edge in my fibbs....I will try to help as much as I can and hopefully you guys learn stuff from me as well as I hope to learn from you guys.

On a DBLHC can the wick of the first candle be longer then the second candle as long as the close of the second candle is higher?

I know the low of both wicks have to be the same I am refering to the uppwer wick of the first bar

Sounds like you've been taught by one of the best Fibters out there, he he.

I try to use a combination of Bobokus, Skunny, and DazFx fibs to support possible James16 setups when they occur. But I mostly rely on my s/r fibs and look for retracements for good entries (pics attached).

The higher the time frame the more reliable the patterns become as higher TF S/R will out muscle the lower charts (this was discussed earlier in this thread). Also if the wick of the first bar is higher then the second bar then that is not a DBLHC. Both bars must have the same low and the second bar should end higher then the first bar's high wick...

Thanks for the help...Yea BOBOKUS is a great trader. I have read the skunny thread as well, But BOBOKUS is the men on fibbs (he tought skunny how to trade). I can actully win with his strategy lol. It took me a while but the adventure has been worth it. Most people quit his fibbs because they are complicated at first but once you get them they work magic. The only reason I am looking into this thread is because its a price action thread, that is why you will as well find me In the Inside bar thread bud thats it. I am looking at this thread like the next big thing because I feel it can give me an edge not that I am doing bad with fibbs at all. I also dont use trendlines BOBOKUS has tought be that as a fibb trader I only need to know the support of the fibb levels and resistance as well. I dont use any indicators because they are based in past information, as I once said BOBOKUS is an amazing trader you just have to put a good amount of time into it.


This is my current gbpusd 1 hour chart...I focuse mainly in this currency...I only have so much capital to invest and I well know how this crrency moves...

I did not take the break of the break of the Inside bar...I dont trust it ....Its a bearish intraday (yellow fibb)

Anything againt the intraday levels is treated as a scalp untill price brakes the 61.8 fibb ...not with the wick but with a close of body of a candle on the other side....

Though if 9514 breaks expect buy stops to get triggered...though It would be treated like a scalp...

Right you are Shermenator.

I also have looked into the DIBS thread, and of course this one as I have found candle patterns to hold good weight. But I always make sure my fibs confirm the PA especially with something like the DIBS method since there's no need to have horrible trades. LOL!

Fib S/R level rejections/retracements are my main focus but adding to my trading tool box/bag of tricks can be helpful to see a broader picture as to what PA is up to.

Bo+James strategies are a deadly (as in awesome, he he) combination when in agreement...
