I usually add up on stocks which i feel has good fundies but exceedingly undervalued and keeps going down. Take the daily interests as the Dividends. We are after all trading price, it cant be much different, only the volitilty is higher here.

i see. then try not to give ur money away to the market too easily bro. Trade small, exceedingly small to begin with, and build up ur positions from there. It will allow u to handle those psychologically draining drops. That does not mean you don't take losses ha. When ur wrong, ur wrong.

just an opinion, if u are alredy bear bias, why go bull? dont go messing up ur mindset.

You cant catch every swing, like fti said, bears win, bulls win, pigs get slaughtered, dont be the pig. Patience, take some profit, let it ride up if it wants too, your discount will come.

my hunch is , the news wont have much of an affect, unless it's good news. aud/usd seems worn out

Despite our indicators technicals and the fact its extremely oversold ... dude this pair is heading south MASSIVE. I'm totally baffled. I see the bears are running the show I caught about 30 pips on the long now shorting till 89 !

reason i favor longs, is simply because of prices of other usd pairs, but i dont really expect a strong rally for this pair.

I was baffled at first and then I realized that AUD/ USD is extremely overbought -- think about it, it hit a 15 year high a month ago. Plus RBA is extremely bearish and will only cut rates, not increase it...it used to be trading in the .50s a few decades ago.

Technical indicators are not going to help this pair. The USD is getting stronger and only when the USD starts to weaken again will this pair see some light of day.
