Yes bro,
It is always rite...that is why sometimes, EUR/JPY does not know where to go, if EU and UJ go to different direction (ranging)...but, if EU and UJ go to the same direction, there will be massive move....

The same thing goes to GBP/JPY....if GU and UJ in same direction, it will be very massive fall or upwards...

Usually, UJ movement is more significant...because, for every 1pip movement of UJ, will cause GJ move about 2 pips and EJ to move about 1.5 pips (provided at the movement, GU or EU static)
