If oil goes up today I don't think it will be violent. Seems the speculators got burnt by the last crash. China says it will begin stockpiling fuel. Not sure what that'll do to the price.

im hoping for a strong aud recovery.

i have set my limits to sell at the red lines. The stops are way above 98c. Please give me a discount! Come on you bulls!

audusd closed half position after 50 pips according to my "antigreed" trading policy.
closed half position of euraud from 16472 also 50 pips +

remains stiil open SL move to be +5 = free trade

Then the Aud/JPy from 102.90 to 103.37, another 47.

Thank you just a debutant luck

After we hit hourly 100ema
1)we could see a small pulback mean long oppurtunity
or
2)shoot up straight to the target area around 0.965x

long beetwen 0.957 and 0.956 only if spotted and hourly 14 ema will hold.(mean candle cant close 2 times in a rowbelow 14 ema)

(thats why i have got always half position open if im wrong then i wont lose any money)

bullish flag target after brake ~120 pips.

Posted this in another forum:

The realisation of a global slowdown have started to spread into commodity prices.

Some basic metals have started dropping long before oil and other commodities started what is likely to be a major descent

Everyone knows Australia (and Brazil, and Canada etc) are economies heavily reliant on exports of such basic raw materials, largely to a hngry developed and a rapidly growing developing world. This will now see a major slowdown. Economies like Australia (like NZ already started to do), will cut their rates in an attempt to boost their economies hurt by lower exports of raw materials.

So, I am short the Aussie. This is a mid-term trade which I expect to last some weeks/months at least

If I was trading commodities, I'd be short some of them too, eg Oil.

Here's what i see as a likely price action for oil next

Soon as Aud/Usd drops under 0.957 I'm long. I don't trade the Eur/Aud or the Aud/Jpy. I'll be setting up to trade these two in the next couple weeks. Thanks for the advice!

Aud/Us TP around 0.9650+? I can see this. Do you think it could range before then? I have no patience to wait through the ranging although I know I need to learn :nerd:

audjpy is very "stable" pair and imo best for carry.
she does not clear your stopas on retrace move
and most of the time u can buy on dips.
Worth the effort.
