That's how IN-FREAKING-SANE the financial market can be:

Today, JP Morgan released that second-quarter profit "FELL MORE THAN 50%" - "HURT BY $1.1 BILLION (BI-LLION!!!) in write-downs at its investment bank.

HOWEVER

The results beat expectations and its shares rose nearly 4 percent.

I've been away on vacation for over a month now. Haven't traded at all. Just testing out a few things. Seriously, I haven't blown up any accounts.
