I had to stay out for the whole morning, hoping to get back with euro 1.6X (me buy stop 1.5920 ) and the SOB plunged 200 pips?!?!?!

What happened?!?!? Something Trichet said? ECB done raising rates?!?!?

Well,you released the Bear and got it dancing.
I think that Bear is the best indicator we/you have.
Just need to work out when to release him.

Oil also cheap today. Only $144 LOL...

On oil:

They ran out of market analysis already. Every $10 pop, they had a reason. After 9 $10-pop, there is just no reason left on the shelves

well yeah... i loaded some euros today... but with a very tight stop loss if something happened while i was having some good breakfast with friends... and...

the best thing is that i had contingency orders to the downside in case this happened...

but phew... when i came back to my platform... omg... thank god for the stop losses...

hehe

anyway... i am still bullish on eurusd for tomorrow...

and again... i have my seatbelt buckled (stop loss) and contingency orders to the down if this movement is meant to continue...

i STRONGLY think this was a very good buying dips opportunity for the longer term...

Well I wouldn't short Euro just yet, but I don't think this is a buying opportunity either.

NY was 1/2 staffed today, at best. Closed friday. So where was the selling pressure coming from. I would have to believe Euroland.

That to me is bearish.

I thought NY was always half staffed. The other half were just there to be seen.

I'm with you on this one. If ECB is done rasing rates and Bernie will start raising, then EU is going down.

Too soon to tell though.

Another important bearish indicator is Citi, that is betting on Euro at $1.69. You know what happens when the smart asses make such calls.

Im long $1.57, very good support under, if I'm wrong my sl is right below support.
