Here's what I'm talking about. I meant 1.9483 for the low. GLOBEX futures are slightly different but not by much because there's no interest rate differential for GBP/USD right now.

Alright Monarch, I apologize for any of rubbish jokes/comments I've posted here in the past. I'll post no garbage anymore in this thread next time. Anyway, this is your thread, and you've made it very good (but somehow we kinda 'overtook' your thread, with rubbish somemore). Thanks for sharing your analysis with all of us, and keep it up!

PS: For rubbish posts/jokes/etc, I remember there's this thread called Daily Cable Non-sense/Time Wasting Analysis. We can all make jokes there all day if we want.

I want to express how much I have benefitted as a trader from this thread, however, I also want to ask the question to some of the members who are posting "filthy comments or emotions that are disgusting, unprofessional comments" -

How fair is what your posting to the women in this forum? - It's derrogatory, plain and simple. Is this a male-oriented thread only? Yes, guys I'm going to take a stand for the other ladies out there who probably will not post on this thread. Perhaps.... if you would put yourself in the other gender's shoes, you would get it. I'm not here to read this stuff.

Let's be fair to everyone and stop this nonsense. As far as going to another thread, if Monarch chooses to start another thread, I'll go there.

so at the end its all about profit, trade and make some pips, i dont care about silly comment or joke or chat , it is part of life.

make some pips for what ? part of the profit is for fun .

so as long this thread can make everybody happy ( smile or profit ) then is okay. okey. oke . yap .

i didnt met my entry long @ 1,9627 for 12 pips.

almost same situation in the crosses with jpy and chf.

I don't know about your friends in the land that you all live. But I got buddies here who sit in a bar and dream of being able to make a buck in their own home and have a good time doing it.

They have to face miserable earnings in nasty competitive working places, driving 3 hours a day in the stinking São Paulo traffic.

On my side, I'm making 1-2% a day on my account. My bank pays me 1% a MONTH. So I can make 20-40 times what my bank pays me without having to swim in pools of fibos.

I just don't see the need of 12 hours fibbing the hell out of the charts since, in the end of the day, it is the market who will call the shots, not the fibos. When I read Jacko in this thread going harsh at me (us?) and calling me a pussy for fibbing around and loosing entries I had my "a-haaa" moment. Now I work ten times less on analysis and ten times more on price activity. Analysis only for checking out boundaries of big moves, like the low 9480s.

And last, but not least, when the market starts moving I see the same joking guys getting engaged in the serious business and helping each other make a buck. But INTENDING TO SET UP ANALYSIS ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO CATCH THE 5 PIP MOVE WE WILL HAVE IN THE NEXT 5 HOURS is way too much for me...

Price action and henrycarol in the building. That's all I need to make pips.

Leugimp, there's been a bit of butt-kicking on here today and no doubt you'll kick mine if you see this as a stupid Q. On your graph which you extended back to 2001 the TL shows a remarkable fit with the recent market. My question is - how can something this old have so much bearing on the market today? It can't just be coincidence that there are so many touches, there is a human element to this so who is causing today's market to respond so accurately to such an old TL?

I'm not a regular poster on here although I do log in everyday, and the thread is brilliant so I hope the earlier ructions don't cause too much to change. Thanks in advance.

Actually, it is. I learned RSI(2) from a stock trader years ago. A study was even done on it. Also, check out the EMA(5) study.
