DislikedI plan on doing more forward testing this week on EA's. This is a long thread and was wondering if this EA SRDC Fibo AHA V0_4.mq4 is a modified version of Mouteki EA 0.4? or is it new?
Thanks
EDIT: Oh shoot, I thought SRDC Fibo AHA V0_4 was an EA is there a newer Mouteki EA 0.4?Ignored
DislikedHi AHA,
I wonder if you could help me a little with the following.
I would like to make an EA using Juice indicator ; I tried to write it but i'm really beginner in programming and what I made is just mess.
I beleive that trading with the following rules could be profitable but I need an EA to test it as I can't stay in front of my computer all day long.
1) A long order is set as soon as Juice reach level 8 (level must be extern variable to be optimized) and candle is up
2) reverse for short order
TP and SL as to be determined with testing but 15 pips seem ok
I would really appreciate if you could write an EA and post it and thanks for sharing your knowledge.

DislikedHi Thierry,
I am pretty tied up right now with other projects. Can you post your manual testing result? Maybe someone else can help you.

DislikedHi,
It's difficult to test manually because my strategy is to take an order as soon as JUICE reach a certain value but in backtesting I can only see the final value at the close of the candle. i can't get alert set in the indicators to work and I can't stay in the front of my computer.
The only way I have to test it is to have an EA. But I understand you will not spend time not knowing if it's profitable.
So if someone have some time free .... thanks
For now I post forward results for Mouteki 0.4 I start 10/05/06 and Bago I start 01/11/07.
Mouteki is really up and down on all pairs. I noticed that very often a profit turn to a loss because when new conditions are met to open an order and an order is already open in the same direction, TP and SL are reinitialized to fit the new order. Many orders may be already 40 or 50 pips up, a few pips to initial TF, and SL to breakeven (that is : completely secure order).
New conditions are met, new TP is 100 pips up, and new SL is 30 pips below breakeven. But order doesn't have enought strengh to reach TP and turn into a looser.
I think that even if conditions are met to open new order, if there is already an order opened, nothing should be changed. We may miss some move but it's more important to secure profit. We'll take the next order ...
If we analyse Bago results we see that it's almost perfect run for EURUSD and perfect loss for USDCHF.
The only loss in EURUSD has been profitable by more than 30 pips before turning to a loss. I think that asa 30 pips profit is reach, EA should bring SL to breakeven.
Thanks for sharing

DislikedHello,
I'm trying to develop a very simple EA but am having trouble with it. The EA is basically this:
Enter a long position 35 pips from the daily low, TP = 15, SL = 10
Enter a short position 35 pips from the daily high, TP = 15, SL = 10
(all these values being variables, that can be changed by the user)
eg. if daily low for GBP/USD is 1.9600, then enter long position at 1.9635, TP 1.9650, SL 1.9625
I tried using another EA as a base to get me started, but it doesn't open any orders at all.
So wondering if someone could take a look or if there is already one out there that I can modify / use ?
Attached is the EA that I created so if someone could have a look that would be great (I don;t think it would be very hard to work out the problem)!
Thanks in advanceIgnored
DislikedI am really tightened up in the near future, hopefully you can find someone else to help you.... btw, I think your idea is similar to Micardo's daily system, if you check his thread you may be able to find an EA works for you.Ignored

DislikedHi aha,
Thanks for your hard work.
I am forward testing your Mouteki EA 0.4 with others EAs in the same
pair. I think is not coded for this. I have attached a revision that consider
this possibility for your consideration and inclusion in new releases.

DislikedFor those who are interested in SRDC I and III methods, here is an indicator will draw SRDC I and III support and resistance levels on your chart and gives a pop-up alert anytime when the price is approaching those levels.
A version with sound, email and pop-up alerts is available for download on Orange Roshan's website.
Please note that this indicator has a time restriction and need to be redownloaded after two weeks.Ignored
DislikedI have been reading all your posts and respect the work that you all have doen. I have been backtesting demarks seq and combo for months. I coded up the 9ema cross the 30ema with the TDLINE break and for CBOT futs it looks interesting. I am looking for a short term intraday system using demark but have hit a few walls. What have you found for pairs that works well. I have read good results but do not see the code for the systems. I am using CQG for my code and backtesting.
ThanksIgnored
