We are now in interesting territory. I have an inverted pennant developing nicely on the 15 min chart and for the last 5 hours it has spiked up to touch the line each time and then fallen back. The pennant is narrowing and if it breaks out below I would support the fall to 50 or even 30, we seem to be running out of steam.... if we get another spike I expect 9705 loking at the chart right now.

I feel a punt at a long at 89.

The 15 min has just touched the bottom of my pennant and gone up..... the theory is still holding up and I expect a move over 9700...... subject to the news of course!

Made a quicky profit at the 9725... It bounced twice at 9724 and my system was frozen....

Profit saved for by-pass surgery...

closed trade at 1.9722 may have left some on table but safe with +38 pips

Bad USD figure but resistances have granades and AK-47s. Nobody willing to face problems with NFP tomorrow too close of the 9800 ...

EUR's and JPY's break loose attempt also promply rejected. Let's see if there will be volume now....

For better accuracy on Gann and Fib, do not use spike highs and lows. I cant believe I did this, cost me an easy 30 pips as adjustment to gann Fann at correct level nailed the 9734 high before the sharp move back down.

The pic shows the correct Gann Fann initiation Point.

[DAILY MARKET TALK] The drop in ISM below 50 to 49.3 sent Treasuries soaring. But after closer inspection, though, some traders are focusing on the drop in inventories (39.9 vs 48.5) as what pulled down the number - it's the fly in the ointment. The pop in home sales also soured the matket's tone in a flash. So the uptick stalled as profit taking emerged. Pros are the best sellers so far, but dealers are seeing spec-type accounts in selling.
