The question is... is that true enough Euro been "DECOUPLED" from US crisis? Or just political intervention... to makes things looks good.

IF US recover and gaining back the trust of the world to use it as main National Reserve currency.... then USD shall strengthen back.

If US fail to recover... the world lost trust and confidence about US economy... then we shall seek for alternative for the RESERVE. That will be the DOOM of US monopoly. What goes up... must comes down and vice versa.

What is the best alternative for USD for RESERVE.... Euro? Yuan? Kuang ... kuang... kuang....

From Chinese calendar... this is the year of the RAT... signalling new beginnings. Many violence event shall take place to change the course of NATURE. Wait and see ... if it is true enough.

Hmmm... financial and political rumbling year.... RECESSION is in the air. A new beginning huh. Sometimes Nature works VIOLENTLY for a new beginning. Big Bang theory said that everything started with a MASSIVE EXPLOSION... Forest fire sometimes needed for a new species to evolve. Just think about a lightning strike that caused a fire in the forest.... then suddenly the ground is cleared and sunshine can penetrate to the ground.... and walllaaaaa..... something new will grow. I take that as a powerful sign of the AllMighty.

It Is Correct In Their Eyes !!! By The Way They Wrote A Report Just Before The Stock Market Crash Of 1929 Calling For The Dow To Rise.

True Or Not My Point In Humor Form is this. The Experts or as I like to call them "The GUESSPERTS" really are only correct about 50% of the time. They are qualified to comment but are only correct 50% of the time because of the following reasons;

(1) They actually accept the USA Data without careful analysis.
(2) They WANT the Markets to GO UP !!!
(3) They are too close to the forest to see the trees.
(4) The Markets are not FREE !!!
(5) Why Has Gold gone to OVER $800 and Oil to OVER $125 ???

The FED has caused this ALL on their own by printing TOO MUCH US DOLLARS chasing TOO little Goods and Services.

They RAISE RATES and they WILL Not NEED to worry about INFLATION anymore because they will COLLAPSE the last bubble. The Stock Market and then DEPRESSION, DELATION, STAGFLATION and Gold at $1500 US and the beginning of the end of the FED's Influence or possibly continued existance.

They came to Life in 1913 through An Act Of Congress and By Obama's Second Term starting in 2013 they might see this;

RIP (FED 1913 - 2013)

How is that for the BIG BANG Theory our Friend and Creator of this GREAT Thread has mentioned !!!

Trade a little bit late today... got to entertain my Mum while she still here. She's going back soon.

Huhu... GAPs huh! I think I am gonna SCALP ... for the time being... perhaps no Swing or Positioning trade until Clear BREAKOUT. This is the only MEDICINE to tackle RANGING or WHIPSAW market.

p/s: I sense the last "BUG" still buzzing in Anyway... thanks guys for the support. Seriously... not my intention to create ANTI- anyone sentiment. I am just reporting and sharing what I've read and what I am thinking.

p/s2: Am I BIAS??? Read my article on my point of view of why USD never gonna turn to toilet paper where everyone else saying that last year.

Everybody is saying about the DOOM of the US DOLLAR right now. From my FA and some background in ECONOMICS... this is LESS likely gonna happen. The Dollar is weakening... certainly YES... but not forever.

Why I said so? Think... what is happening now. USD is getting cheaper and cheaper everyday. Since the last Interest Rate cut from the FED... even cheaper! Believe me... they might even CUT some more. We all know that the DIRECT CORRELATION between the CURRENCY and the INTEREST RATE. If you still don't know about this... I suggest... STOP trading FOREX Some might think... why is FED so stupid of doing so. You wanna know why?

The main interest of FED or any NATIONAL BANK... including BANK NEGARA... IS TO ENSURE AND PRESERVE THE COUNTRY ECONOMIC GROWTH. They will do this even though by jeopardizing the STRENGTH of the its Currency. The aim now is the ECONOMIC GROWTH. I think the FED is doing a smart move.

Think... with all the hype of SUBPRIME ISSUES storming in the USA now... surely it's affecting the National Economy. From the Fundamental Data being reported... indicating slow or stop or reverse GROWTH of the economics there. What would you do to JUMP START the economic growth?

That is why the FED has to CUT the IR. Lower interest means... homeowners can afford to pay back the LOAN or Mortgage. Banks will get LIQUIDITY again... meaning will get back some of the CASH they've lent out and using that CASH to finance new loans. New loans for houses and construction. With the lower IR... people will prone to BUY more things including houses rather than SAVE it.

Why HOUSING data is so important for the Economic Growth indicator? Think... when you can afford to buy a house... or think that this is the right time to buy one because of the LOW IR... many people also can afford it and thinking alike... create DEMAND. Hence, the SUPPLY will automatically increase... meaning more contractor or developer making houses. More houses need more concrete... cement... wood... raw materials... paints... wires... fan... aircond... kitchen equipment... furniture... pet... security systems... even insurances! :surprised

See what I mean? Indirectly the housing growth affecting all others industries including service industries. Look at now. With the cheap currency and low IR... isn't it convincing for foreigners to BUY a house in the USA?

Another thing to THINK of... what happen to the people in CANADA now? They all rushing to USA for SHOPPING What actually benefiting from this? USA economic growth of course!

We as Malaysian... which overseas holiday destination is more convincing to travel to after taking consideration about the cost? UK >>> the Pound getting expensive, Europe >>> the Euro getting expensive. USA >>> the Dollar getting cheaper. What actually benefiting from this? USA economic growth of course!

What happen if the Economy grow bigger and bigger? INFLATION occur. If this happen... FED can start hike up the IR again. Wallllaaaaaaaa.... the USD will strengthen.

Just throw a stone in a pond. You'll see ripples. Observe how the ripples traveling from the centre outwards. Right now... we all know that USA experiencing SUBPRIME PROBLEMS and trying to solve it by CUTTING IR. What about UK? Europe? Malaysia? When or Never?

Back to basic.... EQUILIBRIUM.

Don't ask me when is the BIG REVERSAL... or the long awaited TURNING POINT. Seriously... I DON'T KNOW. That's why I am always vigilant about this... and get ready to change my TRADING PLAN from BUY FROM DIP to SELL FROM BOUNCE.


This is what I wrote last year... with last year sentiment. Now... tell me ... am I bias? As far as I know... I am preparing for BOTH possibilities. Up or Down. USD can either gain back the strength OR... like our friend mentioned... FED R.I.P. Both with reasoning now.

Like WarrenForex... must know the reason. Technical alone is not enough to satisfy me the reason why market moved in such ways. Fundamental understanding give me the satisfaction. I am not trading just for the money. I am trading for the KNOWLEDGE as well.

If I were you, I would completely ignore one person's accusation, especially if that person's only posting lately has been just an accusation.

Please continue offering your analysis and insight in the price movements. I believe many are learning a lot from you.

Just had a phone conversation with Wakli. Noticing GJ and UJ H4 FLAG Ranging. Sensing something big gonna happen. Just get prepare with the FLAG Breakout.

The SCALPING has begun. Just did LONG on GEPPY around the support area with tight SL below the FLAG support. Target... the FLAG Resistance... or Covering the GAP... or the Daily Pivot... depending on PA later.
