Quick Question Bo. Wanted to learn why the .786 and 1.27 levels aren't used. Is it for simplicity purposes?

They arnt needed. The 127 is something someone else has found a use for and works for what they are trying to accomplish, it wont serve any purpose for me.

I want to know that you draw the fibs from which time frame first, weekly chart or daily chart.
for the cable now, if we draw from the weekly chart, it is a up move, but if we do it on daily chart, it has a down move.
i am rearly confused about it.

Simple answer..it depends on what you want to see, long term view or short term view. The long term view at this point is almost irrelevent since Cable would need to break from a 2.0248/1.9336 range before the longer term view comes back into play. This is the Uptrend Cable is still in thats dates back to November 2005 and topped out November 2007. From the longer term Uptrend this is only a correction in price until 1.9104 is broken

The short term Daily is what we want to use currently with the current movements we have in Cable. First looking at the last encompassing move which we'll use for a downtrend and the retracements we get into this small downtrend.

thanks for sharing and teaching your system. this is the way i trade your system, I try to know the larger time frame trend bias using your fib and trading according along the trend on the intra-day and using my swingfib to gauge and follow-up my trade.

GU on the daily trend seems unpredictable but am short biased for 2moro trade, I like to know this ahead to help make right decision while trading at intra-day.

Look at my intra-day fib and my swing fib, the candle formed a bearish engulfing pattern and the idea place to short would be at the opening of the candle and surprisingly, price hit swing-fin tgt 1 and 2


as i am typing price has hit intra-day low, am only looking for reversal and scalp up coz i still believe that cable is bearish.

Hope this clarify issues
