Is it true that you can't use more than 20 lots?

I heard that one forex broker(FXCM) has a lot limit of 20. Is this true for all of the brokers? I particularly love ODL for their spread and non-tolerance of news trading so I wonder if they allow unlimited lot sizes?

This is not true for all brokers, I cannot say for FXCM but I know this is not true for other brokers
