Is there a way to display the volume data on a separate indicator window, other than switching it on on the chart properties?

Can we adjust color , thickness of the volume bars and add a moving average on top of it.

Sure.

Attach the indicator called "Volumes" to the chart. It will show in a separate window. Then drag the moving average indicator onto the volumes window, select what parameters you want then make sure you select "Previous Indicators Data" in the Apply to selection.

I am not sure why the volume bar is red for some green candlesticks.

it's come green after red when the volume for this candle come more than the last volume of the last candle, it dosen't depend on the UP candle or down candle
