I would say... breaking that Daily Pivot downside would be a clear signal to SHORT Or Breaking the RESISTANCE line to LONG. False breakout... die

looking at the chart....there are so many areas to save the lost short.

coz the chart is still decisively trending down. hehehe

On M15 chart... I see a TRIANGLE there. Ready for breakout. As long as the Bull and the Bear playing inside the Triangle... still INDECISIVE. However... looking at Higher TF... DownTrend still valid so far.

sometime, the pair don't move within 3 minutes, then spike, then will go either north or south. to me, 10 minutes not too late. at least u can trade follow trend, not against trend.

normally, when trading on news, if you look at TF H1, at least 2 candles will follow the trend. Still, u have enuff time to get at least 50 pips. And u have to look at various pairs. as for euro news, u shd look also at EU, GU, UC and EJ pairs. Some pairs might PRICED IN, others may not.

take a look at todays news. the pair that moved a lot was EJ. It moved north more than 100 pips within 1H. Still going up now. EU moved abt 100 pips.

Just be observant on the movement.

Still learning with trendline,price pattern and cs. Thanks a lot for teach newb like me bro , for what i can see that gu is going down ( if i not mistaken ). It try to reach monthly low at 1.9599 and try to hold the price above 1.9600. As i can see, the movement of GU today not more than 100 pips upside down. This 'behaviour' maybe because expectation traders of MPC meeting that 'they' actually 'not ready' to cut the rate. Hopefully that FOMC board will do something to 'overcalm' this situation. Juz my 1/2 cents

Salam Brother, I totally agree with you Bro: With this kind of situation, the best thing is set a side because Spike up or Spike down always create frustration and never do the trade at FOMC meeting or minutes timing. I think we can come back for tonight London Session (Thursday) as the whole move would depend on UK Retail Sales but for scalping or short term trade we can do a good trade between 12:30 am -3:00 am Central Zone US timing.
