They moved the cost of carry to the top toolbar. It depends on what your margin is. They gave me a very convuluted explanation of why you get charged both ways. Bull as far as I am concerned. If I want to carry overnignt now I do it on my IBFX account. Charges are outrageous!

Although a central bank may have a fixed funds rate, such as the Fed
Funds, the money market rates fluctuate due to supply and demand. Short
date rates such as overnight and one week can rise and fall depending on
whether liquidity is added or removed from the market. These
fluctuations will determine whether or not FX Solutions makes
adjustments to its cost of carry rates. Minor fluctuations will not
affect the rates we display but significant changes will be reflected
and can have a positive or negative effect depending on the positions
held. Cost of carry rates offered by FX Solutions take into account
transaction cost, market liquidity, volatility and current market
conditions.

There is some misconception in the retail market concerning "cost of
carry" rates. Some people feel that "interbank" market interest rates
should be applied to their open positions each day. One should remember
that participants in the interbank market do not have the luxury of
being able to trade at leverages of up to 400:1, indeed maximum
leverages offered range from 25 to 50:1 and only after intensive credit
approval. Also, collateral balances in excess of $1,000,000 must be
maintained with the bank before any credit/margin is offered. Trades
placed have to be in market amounts of at least $3-$5 million. A person
cannot realistically expect to receive "interbank" market interest rates
while at the same time selecting an account leverage of 400:1. There is
therefore a "cost of credit" that is priced into FX Solutions overnight
interest rates and the resulting prices are transparently displayed on
every clients trading platform.

FX Solutions, unlike the vast majority of our competition, actually
displays the daily "cost-of-carry rates" on the GTS trading platform.
Everything is totally transparent so that the client can see exactly
what interest rates he or she will pay or receive in each currency pair.
FX Solutions offers three tiers of interest rates which are dependant on
the account leverage chosen. Tier 1, 'Institutional', 50-1; Tier 2,
'Retail', 100-1; Tier 3, 'Leveraged', 200-1 or higher.

Our interest rate policy is continually under review and we will be
making some further adjustments to that policy in the very near future.

Tier 1 - Institutional

This set of rates will be available to accounts that select leverage of
50:1 or less. The rates offered will be directly based on the interest
rate differentials in the interbank cash market and will closely reflect
the rates available to the more unleveraged, institutional-type
participants in that market.

Tier 2 - Retail

This set of rates will be applied to accounts that select a leverage of
100:1. The rates will be based on those available in the interbank
market but will include an additional spread which will take into
account the higher degree of leverage chosen by retail forex accounts.

Tier 3 - Leveraged

This set of rates will be applied to those accounts that select leverage
of 200:1 or higher. Although based on the rates available in the
interbank market, these rates have been adjusted to include a "cost of
capital" spread. This spread is based on the institutional lending rate
charged to cover the capital costs of maintaining positions on a
leveraged basis. By choosing a significantly higher degree of leverage,
a client is basically borrowing against the net capital of the brokerage
company.

Each client will only see, displayed on their platform, the cost of
carry rates that apply to their leverage.

Cost of Carry/ premiums/Rollover rates are accessed by clicking on the
menu item "Cost of Carry" on the top toolbar.
