Is there any other possibility to get access to Swiss marketplace ( SWFX) except Dukascopy. Their initial deposit is 50 000$. maybe there are other brokerage companies who have access to SWFX. I am with Dukascopy and other companies , but I have some friends who also want to trade but do not have enough funds.

Why don't they pool their money together in a join managed account type setup where they are all assigned as managers on the account, given their own managment percentage. I'm sure Dukascopy would help them out figuring out the setup.

But as I know they are not allow to take part in trading.

Hi friend, i have completed my 2 month demo trading and 2 month live mini & standard account trading. My average earning is between 5-10% each month. Iam looking to open segregated account with dukascopy(open with 500k in swiss bank so my money will be safe even broker goes bankrupt.).
I want to ask two questions-
(1) Is dukascopy true ecn ? Have u face pricefeed or big spread problem with them ?
(2) Can u suggest me more good reputable ecn who offer this type segregated account so my money will safe even broker goes bankrupt?

Note - My budget is 1000k. Every buck is important for me. I always look spread, rollover and other charges. If u will see my last posts, i have asked so many questions regarding to brokerage to open mini account.

No, Dukaskopy is not an ECN

they are ECN but if you have big amount they enter your

positin to enter bank

I would recommend to call Emily @ GFT Forex/GFT Prime. I have no interest in referring her other than I've had an excellent experience with GFT and Emily and never had any problems. GFT is by far my favourite dealing platform and I have tried all the rest, and GFT Prime is an excellent inter-bank platform, they have 20+ liquidity providers so there's never any problem with the spreads/liquidity, plus you can also have access to their dealbook platform and have the option of placing trades through their dealing desk or their prime platform. They also just tightened up their spreads on their dealbook platform, their USD/CAD spread which is what I mostly trade is now 1-4 pips, never more than 4 pips, where it used to be fixed at 4 pips.

1) Dukascopy is ECN .I do not have 50 K and at this moment I can not start work with them. And one of the reasson is GFT. They took my money with price deviation. I visited Dukascopy in Geneva. Office is nice everything they explained me. All Swiss banks know Dukascopy, but at this moment I can not start with them.
2) I know also Currenex and Hotspot, but I am not sure about banking safety in these two companies.

SWFX is not a marketplace or a "Swiss Marketplace". SWFX is the name Dukascopy gave their technology. They call it SWFX so it sounds like it is some ultimate Swiss FX Marketplace, but really it is just clever (or not-so-clever) marketing.

if you were trading through GFT market maker platform then of course they will do what they can to make money off of you, every market maker including stock MM's do it. Through currenex you have control over your pricing, but it's only as good as your brokers credit lines with liquidity providers. GFT has 15+ liquidity providers and over 80 million in working capital. Dukascopy has 10 million last i checked.

Again i have no interest in promoting them, just getting great service and rates and what's better than that? Marketing aside...

are you trading on gft ecn platform?

Yes and their MM platform, using both generally works out as a good strategy. Sometimes the liquidity on currenex dries up during news releases, but i can still get 2-3 pips on the MM maker platforms spreads.

5k on the MM platform and 500k on the currenex platform. The way I see it is if you have methodology and track record you shouldn't have a problem raising 500k. Or making it within a few years, onec you have access to the currenex platform your performance should be increased because of being able to be filled at the bid/offer and not paying the 1-4 pip spread ALWAYS. those little pips add up!

, thats no problem but there are ib's out there there offer currenex account for 10k and more, sounds like they prefer you trade on there mm platform, there's brokers that offering ecn/stp platform thru mt-4, hotspotfx offering ecn pltafom for $3,500 now, why would a trader trade thru mm platform when you can trade thru ecn with lower deposits these days, you have peace of mind knowing your broker not messing with your trades.

DukasCopy ad with Gerard Depardieu is a total failure. Don't know what kind of reactions you were expecting, but you have failed in every way. You paid a fat old man to pretend, that he knows what he's talking about. The script blows. Man, I'm so disappointed in you guys. Fire that guy who thought that it's a good idea to make this video AND to banner it in my face on your own website. Geez
