Net: Dow Futures +31, no fanfarre after y'day's plunge

Yup... That's the bright side of buying, selling stops rather than jumping in a bandwagon in anticipation.

My bet was that Dow would rally this week, after cracking 13k. So, I put the buy stop at the 209.20 to be run over by the wave.

Since I was wrong, there was no harm. I could have profited from GJ's 500 pips plunge, but I didn't see it coming.

I'm keeping the view that the worst is over and stocks will fully recover yet to place a new all-time high this year. 209 will be a cheap price to go in in this scenario.

Also that dollar have bottomed across the board. No more Fed cuts and UK and Europe going through the same crap US have faced: inflation and economic slowdown, forcing their currencies down on the indecision.

Time will tell, chips on the table.

Super rebound at the 100 days EMA on Euro...

By the stench of the crap, I can find out the size of the bull that was sitting there

And the potential for a weekly pin-bar on Euro, but I cannot say whether or not this is calling a new high

Again, this EMA is supporting Euro since mid-2006, at least.

Next week above 1.56, and the downside is covered, bye bye dollar, bye bye my bearish view.

I feel ya on this one.......I have been throwing in dime chips to test the water...

There will be some new highs somewhere, and it seems we are standing right on the middle of them, waiting for a nice trend.....

What will be interesting is if these levels hold....then a EU/GU/GJ test of those all-time highs....

NOW THAT WOULD BE THE BOMB!!!!!!!

We will just have to wait and see.......

European stocks dropped in early trade on Friday, falling more than 1 percent, led by financials after U.S. insurer AIG posted a $7.8 billion quarterly loss, hit by bad credit-related investments.

Adding to the gloom for the financial sector, Citigroup could announce as much as $400 billion of "non-core" assets are up for sale when it meets with investors and analysts later in the day, a person familiar with the situation said.
